I've seen other people have similar problems with this company and what they went through to get a refund. At least I bought it through Best Buy and was able to return it for a refund easily.

My son had a lower quality PC for a while and it couldn't handle all the things he wanted to do. On this new laptop, he's able to stream, play Rocket League, Minecraft, and have Discord open. Plus, he loves that he's now mobile!
