This unit battery life sucks.

Since this model LOQ 15 is designed for gaming, maximizing power output, battery life can be inherently lower. Also, the processor in the laptop does not feature an integrated graphics processor, so the CPU constantly draws higher wattage.
We hope that the information shared at least provides some insight in hopes to then improve your sentiments on the system.

Disheartening Experience

The 1st time I went into the store, it was NEVER ordered. The 2nd time, it came in a box that was so damaged, I could literally see the computer while the sales Associate was still holding the box, unopened. He even made the statement, that they could check it to make sure it was ok and I could still take it! When I told him to reorder it, he attempted to open a new Progressive lease and wanted me to pay again. I then told him to remove the computer from my account! I’ve never had any trouble with my leases thru Best Buy, however this was very DISHEARTENING, to say the least. I had a freezer that was never delivered as well and they opened a new progressive account which has me paying for 2 separate accts. that’s costing me more money!

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got it for my little brother as a Christmas gift and sadly he said it doesnt run good every game he trys to run at low settings it stutters or lags which is absolutely horrible and he has it plugged into the charger at preformance mode also like other people said in the reviews the touch pad for the mouse has a mind of its own lol its glitchy and has a delay going to be returning it tomorrow.
