When this laptop works, it’s solid. The Ryzen 5 and RTX 4050 handle gaming and everyday use well, and games run smoothly at 1080p. The screen looks good and the design feels sturdy. However, after a few months I started having problems. My “1” key and “A” key stopped working properly, which is really frustrating for typing and gaming. On top of that, the laptop has crashed on me multiple times, even during normal use. Battery life is also pretty weak, so you’ll want to stay plugged in most of the time. Bro, this Lenovo LOQ 15.6” gaming laptop is actually crazy good. The Ryzen 5 and RTX 4050 combo goes HARD. Every game I throw at it runs super smooth, no lag, no stutter, nothing. The screen is super clean and crisp too, so everything looks fire. The 12GB RAM is more than enough for gaming and having a bunch of stuff open, and the 512GB SSD makes the whole thing fast-fast. Plus, the Luna Grey color just looks sick. It kinda feels like a “real gamer” laptop, not some cheap plastic thing. For the price? This thing is a W. It’s powerful, it’s smooth, and honestly it’s the best laptop I’ve ever used. I’m literally obsessed with it.

Love this laptop, it is a nice upgrade from my RTX 3050. A lot of people hate on the RTX 4050 but the DLSS and frame gen helps it perform greatly and look beautiful with some fair settings on. I had mine on high while playing Death Stranding and I was blown away. The smart battery life feature is really good on preserving charge and there are active Lenovo agents here in the best buy website to answer any questions you may have, very beginner friendly. :) It's helped me a lot to know how to upgrade the hardware. Also the spacious exterior design for the inputs does not get enough praise, I sometimes forget that it's plugged in from not being able to see it on my side lol. I would highly recommend to get the laptop while it's on sale, that is what I did, the price goes down a good amount. I also recommend when you aren't playing to unplug your charger so that it preserves even more of your battery life. Good luck on your search!

My Lenovo LOQ 4050 is beautiful I really love it I use it for gaming only and I play all my favourite games With high quality. I only upgrade my RAM to 32 because it’s comes only 12 RAM and SSD to 2 TB and know is beautiful. The only problem with this laptop is the battery

I bought this Laptop for work and do some gaming on my hour lunch breaks and at home, and this laptop has meet that requirement quite well for a budget gaming laptop! But with that said you need to do at least one thing after buying this laptop and that is immediately max out the ram to 32GB! 12GB just isn't enough, after upgrading it doubled my FPS in World of Warcraft. Other things to do and this is personal preference remove McAfee that's preinstalled as it's a resource hog. Overall, I am happy with this purchase just do yourself a favor and buy a 32gb (16gb x2) ram upgrade for this laptop as well. Happy Gaming!

Bought for playing the digital Sims. Mostly the Sims 2. So far I have played 3 versions and the computer works great. Also have home office. Currently I am able to have interviews online and practice my typing on a website. This computer will allow me to work from home if needed. Have not yet tested battery life because I know games suck all batteries and I play for hours at a time.

As a college student, I runs everything I need to really fast and during my downtime the games also run really quick. Only downside of my opinion is the battery not lasting as long as I want it to, but the price is definitely fair for the device.

A good computer if you need one on a budget a few pros, the screen is huge i love that, the keyboard does light up, and good quality. Cons are, the computer does get hot(no fan sound though) , HEAVY, does too quick especially if youre on for a few hours a day. Ended up returning the 3 stars are being generous lol

Hello. My review from my experience shopping at Best buy for my awesome laptop. First off. The staff that assisted me. Rather that person asked me if I needed help or the ones that finished helping me. I had a good experience shopping there. My laptop is by far the best electronic that I can actually say. Hands on. Is the best I have ever experienced. It had everything I was looking for in my laptop for my needs. It has been so rewarding to finally be able to use Meta desktop tools. I could not have gotten this smile on my face without the awesome help of the awesome employees that are there with a smile and a helping hand. I just want to say thank you for your service and helping kind hand in guiding me to the right laptop. If I could rate more than 5 stars. I would. Here's to being and doing a great job!

This PC is exactly what my wife was looking for in a laptop. Despite its small size, it packs quite the punch. There are newer versions out there, but this one fairs quite well for gaming. The graphics are awesome, and it can handle even more intense games like Bg3. You may have to lower the graphics for the more intensive battles where there are a lot of characters roaming around, but it works better than my old Desktop! For the price and comparing it to what we've gotten, it was well worth the investment.

Overall I would say that this gaming laptop has been a great purchase overall but the only downside would be the 4 hour battery life, but as long as your near a charger this works great for running powerful software engines.
