Absolute trash of a laptop. Within a month of having purchased it, the battery has completely failed, with it unable to even power on even after sending it in for repairs. The screen would also flash white intermittently regardless of what plug-ins were installed or disabled. Also it would function rather slowly even after upgrading the RAM to 32 GB. The display is mediocre as it's 1080p in the year 2023. There are better gaming laptops made by better companies like ASUS. Lenovo had better laptops like their T400 series, but this certainly isn't one of them.

I was lookin for a budget friendly gaming laptop and when i stumbled onto this one I didn't have the highest expectations. This laptop is fast, powerful, and meets my needs perfectly. It was affordable without sacrificing performance and quality. Im really happy with my purchase.

Overall Good system. You will need to upgrade the ram, adding another stick of 8gb or more should be considered. The system uses up over 5GB just from web browsing and gaming requires nothing to be running in the background or you will face crashes/ bluescreens from over ram limit.

While the laptop is heavy, it was never intended to be used for travel. I purchased this in order to complete some business, but also utilize it for its graphics and powering my golf simulator. It looks great, it runs smoothly, and performs every bit as well as I expected it to!

Great computer, although I did need to increase the RAM immediately as 8GB is nothing nowadays. Also, the location of the ports could have been laid out better but overall I'm very happy with the purchase.

Love the computer but the default 8gb of ram isnt going to get you very far gaming. Cloud gaming was fine with 8gb but it wouldnt run warzone until i added more. If youre comfortable opening it up to add more ram then this is a great deal at 750$

This is the best laptop I’ve ever owned. It does everything I need and more! I was looking at multiple different laptops before deciding on this one, and I have zero regrets about it. The picture quality is amazing!

Bought it on sale for $300 off, can’t beat the price. Only weak part about the build is the 8 gb ram and the 500 gb ssd. I upgraded them both, very easy and upgradable. Worth the money in my opinion.

Really needed a new laptop for work, which also allows me to game when I'm not doing anything, and saw this as a solid deal and the added open box discount was enticing as I could upgrade the RAM and break even with the new cost. I've purchased open box before and never had it come without it's original packaging which was new to me, especially considering it's just sitting freely in a box. The associate had to actually put it back into the junky plastic sleeve when taking it out to grab the serial number. Otherwise it was just sliding all around. That was frustrating to start, especially sitting in an hour traffic to go pick it up, but what made it worse was it didn't even boot fully! Whoever did the checks to make sure it worked didn't do their job, the network adapter drivers were fully uninstalled so I couldn't get past the network stage of the setup. I walked through troubleshooting with Microsoft Windows only for all the troubleshooting to fail and requiring me to have to download the drivers and install them at the bios level just to get it to work. I skipped on bringing my normal laptop to work tonight since I had the new one so basically I'll have to wait to update the drivers myself at home when I have my desktop and a thumb drive to get the drivers done. So wasted an hour plus in traffic in a major detour to pick it up for work and now stuck at work for 8 hours without the ability to do some of my paperwork or have anything to do at work. Just hugely disappointing for a laptop I was super excited for! I can't even give a review of the actual laptop! This is primarily a review of Best Buy and Geek Squad.

Super fast and excellent for playing games like Fort Night and Need for Speed. It is heavy and not easy to carry to classes everyday. It gets very hot so make sure that it is ventilated and you have a cooling fan/pad.

Bought this laptop to replace my fiancé’s old laptop (and so she’d stop using my computer to play BG3) and it runs very smoothly. Unfortunately the first one I got had a lemon ssd that went bad after only a couple of weeks but exchanging it was a smooth painless process with Best Buy.

The price was the best thing, other then the price, is the graphics card n the processor. Hands down the fastest computer I've ever owned. Thank you Best Buy for the amazing savings!!

The laptop I purchased via open box deal is working very well. There were a couple of issues with the product shutting down initially, however, it has been corrected.

Great upgradeable laptop. Used this for 3d modeling and printing. It will slice large complex stl files in less than a second. It is made from easily scratched plastic.

I was looking for a laptop that could do basic streaming, browsing, and gaming stuff. To my surprise, this little baby can play most AAA games as well! Very pleased.

Pretty good laptop, it gets a little overheated while gaming, but quite worth it for the price, I'll recommend it on discounts.

A great laptop. I would suggest upgrading with better RAM as it kept crashing my games. After replacing the RAM I have had no issues. Great gaming laptop!

This laptop is kind of mid tier when it comes to gaming. It gets the job done but don't expect much out of it considering the price. I would recommend a desktop all the time but if your options are limited to a laptop only gaming system then this will suffice. Small storage highly recommend getting an internal SSD as there is room for it, so that was nice that we have the option. Lenovo does make great laptops this is my 2nd one I've bought but does not compare to gaming on a desktop.
