This is a great laptop for the price upgraded the ram and storage for less than competitors

Great price, just add ram, with 8 gigs it crashes often, make it 16 or 32 and it’ll run anything. Screen is serviceable keyboard works great

This laptop is awesome, especially for the sale price of $749. 8 GB of system memory is a little weak for the amount of Photoshop work that I do, so I bought another 8 GB stick the first week I had it. So, I upped the memory from 8 GB to 16 GB for about $25. Fast CPU and GPU - great for Photoshop AI stuff.

After owning for a few weeks, I can say it is quite powerful I've hooked it up to my 4k tv and played games as well as to a higher refresh rate and HD monitor ultra settings and no lag or major issues whatsoever. Your mileage may vary, but from where I stand, this laptop is a force to be reckoned with.

When I first got the laptop I was eager to transfer my data from my previous laptop since there were motherboard issues. I thought i was going to have the same experience as my previous laptop and i was wrong. I have had a better experience. The entire system has been running very smoothly and i'm not constantly having to restart my laptop because it would freeze. Thus far i am very pleased

Got this gaming setup for my nephew, who thinks he knows everything about gaming (typical teenager, right?). We had to consult a Best Buy rep to navigate the tech jungle. Surprisingly, the rep played guide, not a salesperson, and magically kept my wallet chill. The kid's gaming dreams came true, and I didn't have to break the bank. Win-win level: Expert.

I purchased this laptop for my son for school and gaming per a BestBuy Consultant recommendation. Sadly it heat up really fast and battery life is about an hour. It is bulky and heavy and I get it due to its gaming components, but kinda stink of its weight if he needs it for school.

I can't be happier with my Lenovo LOQ laptop. I was leaning toward another Acer but I chose the Lenovo and i'm glad I did. Great build quality, keyboard is really nice, ports, you name it this one is hard to beat for the money. It handles everything I can throw at it and is great foe mid level gaming. Buy one you won't regret it.

Nice choice. Runs well even 2 years later. Mostly used it for college, but can game too. Would switch out parts for newer gen games however.

Honestly the best bang for the buck laptop to only problem I see with this laptop is the ram which you can upgrade for 22 bucks to total 16 gb of ram which didn't take a lot of work. Get this laptop when it is on sale, I got it when it was 700 dollars.

Great laptop, with the 4050 and after adding 8 more gigs of ram I was able to play Starfield. Laptop blew my mind out of the water with its performance. An $800 laptop 5 years ago had nowhere near this amount of power. I ended up returning the laptop because I wanted better build quality, which is the only thing lacking on this laptop in my opinion.

The eight gigs of RAM is no good, but I upgraded mine 32. It was pretty easy to take apart and install with case split that you get with laptop and phone repair tool kits The only issue I found is I tried to add the second hard drive and that’s been a problem. I think you have to buy a western digital or it won’t detect it

Received it as an open box, and it has been working as a dream after adding 32Gb of Ram, and an additional 1TB drive. Lets me do some decent gaming while on the go.
