I cannot complain about anything with this product.

I've just had product for a month, no problems so far.

Great computer for the price. It has a 144 hz screen which is great for gaming but the computer is equally good for work and editing pictures. Overall works great, only downside is that it only has 8gbs of ram and its not running dual channel. Besides that great computer and great quality.

I bought this gaming pc on sale for $749 at Best Buy. I was looking for something with the appropriate specs to accommodate the sims 4 game, so this particular laptop was perfect! Or so I thought. The laptop charged to 100% in 25 mins and drained to zero in even less time. The charger got extremely hot and the volume was low. I exchanged the laptop for another one, same model. This one has pretty much the same issues however the battery fully charges in about a hour and drains fast. The volume could be louder. I decided to keep it instead of returning it a second time because my daughter really wanted something to play the sims 4 on. I believe these models are not the best because the sims 4 is not a demanding game as far as specs. I would recommend another brand or model for gaming.

I bought this to be able to do college classes and play games at home. Even when im just looking things up on google chrome, the batter drains fast even with the battery saver on and low brightness on the screen. I also have the super resolution turned off. If i could return it as of now I probably would

Really a great product to but battery life is very bad

Very good build overall. The specs for the price are also quite nice. My only issue would be the amount of ram but this can be upgraded fairly easily for about 40$. I recommend this laptop if you are look for great specs on a laptop without having to break the bank.

This is a great laptop, but it's hard to get the back out to upgrade your laptop. They use Korean products for RAM and NVME so it might cause more money to get the exact RAM. I got the Samsung 5600 Ram, but some people got the SK Ram. Screen brightness is nice and bright.

it's been a year and it's still running well. I had to add more ram seperatley.

Loving my new Lenovo. I'm not a gamer, so I'm happy with 8GB of memory and not worrying about the reviews about the battery. I got it because it has an ethernet port and a 1TB hard drive. It was also on sale.

A really good laptop, very silence, even with the last high end games, plus the fan that is inside do a good work for maintain your laptop cooler, so i totally recommend this product, for the price is a good gaming laptop, even with the 3070 ti of 8 GB.

A very good laptop. Very good for the price. I consider myself a casual gamer (don’t need pro performance) it has worked great for me, for my games and work. The only thing is it is little ram but it is and easy and cheap update to do yourself

This machine is perfect for what I use it, I use it mainly for school, it's durable and not too heavy to carry around my backpack, if I don't charge it the battery still last a good amount of time if I'm just doing school work.

Its exactly perfect for our 7yr old son. We have bought many laptops in the past from best buy and never had any issues with any of them. They have a great selection. I wouldnt go anywhere else to buy our next laptop

Picked this up to use with photoshop and editing of my pictures with the occasional game or two. So far its lived up to my expectations and dont have any complaints. Pretty good for the money.

The computer is as advertised. However, the loaded software is a nuisance. I brought my own security software and Microsoft Edge and McAfee Security kept popping up and I have had to delete. Preloaded software should be optional.

I love this laptop! Quicke processing and lots of memory!

Ram definitely needed a tad more, but worth every penny. Great cooling tho the fan are a littrle noisy from time to time

Great value for the price. The options and gaming ability make it a great buy for our grandson. Best Buy offers great help with setup. We also life the help we receive from Geek squad.

great laptop if you can get it on sale, I've no problem so far. I think 8gb of ram isn't enough but luckily that's a easy fix, there's two slots so you can upgrade it yourself.
