Great gaming laptop, ONLY if you keep plugged in the entire time. I couldn’t get an hour of battery life out of this laptop. I don’t recommend it for that reason alone.

My rating is not entirely regarding the product i bought. The laptop is performing how i expected it to. The store i went to on the other hand was no help. I went in asking for this laptop I knew they had in stock. I gave them the product number and stock number and they just didn't know what to do until i asked for then to check. Just lazy workers honestlly.

Picked this up to find the display wasn't working after it's first time being put into sleep mode. After going through customer service on Lenovo's side and following their steps nothing would display on either the monitor or the screen I plugged into it via HDMI. After trying to get it working on and off over the weekend I am very tired and disapointed,

This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the app and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. I paid for this on May 19th. Best buy cancelled this order on June 12th. The email stayed up to 48 hours to process the refund. When i called them after not getting my money after 48 hours, i was told it would yake an additional 7 to 10 business days to get my refund. Highly disappointed in best buy. I will never buy from them again.

Only a year old and it no longer turns on. My wife used it very gently. Now the light indicates it’s charging. The power light comes on for 5 seconds and dies

This unit is pretty much a steamer, I really have nothing positive to say about it, For being so expensive I expected a lot, the display is poor and dark, the keyboard is very bouncy and not precise if you type fast. And overall it was a total fail and I ended up returning this unit.

After a day of using this laptop it randomly died.
While it still worked the performance was decent, however both the CPU and GPU ran hot.
