The laptop is performing how i expected it to. The store i went to on the other hand was no help. I went in asking for this laptop I knew they had in stock. I gave them the product number and stock number and they just didn't know what to do until i asked for then to check. Just lazy workers honestlly.

After going through customer service on Lenovo's side and following their steps nothing would display on either the monitor or the screen I plugged into it via HDMI. After trying to get it working on and off over the weekend I am very tired and disapointed,

This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the app and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the app, looking for the "Check For Updates" button. This will look for and suggest outstanding updates. Follow any instructions that may pop up. If the issue continues after these updates, we recommend you call Lenovo Support for additional help at: 877-453-6686.

Best buy cancelled this order on June 12th. The email stayed up to 48 hours to process the refund. When i called them after not getting my money after 48 hours, i was told it would yake an additional 7 to 10 business days to get my refund. Highly disappointed in best buy. I will never buy from them again.

And overall it was a total fail and I ended up returning this unit.
