Great Entry Level Laptop

And for one I bought it for a great price on sale and two it actually is a great laptop. The 3050 from Nvidia is actually pretty good match for a 1080p screen. This laptop has a high refresh rate screen so you are sure to enjoy many butter smoothe games. Now, you have to make sure to understand that it is not a high end laptop and far from a desktop. It is an entry level laptop for wvey day college students that simply can do it all. Will it run any ither professional apps? Yes, because AMD's CPU combined with Nvidia' GPU will let you use it for anything else from Premier to Photoshop and even After Effects to Blender and playing video games. Just remeber, again, that it is not high end but level entry so expect at times to wish for a faster machine. But, for what it is, it is a great laptop that will let you upgrade it for a faster machine. Because I got it for cheap, I added 32 gigs of high speed rams along with 1 TB of an additional super fast SSD. For example, playing Hogwarts Legacy, I'm hitting 80 fps average on high settings. And Premier, Photoshop, and Blender run very well as they are very ram hungry. This is a no brainer. If you are on a budget, I'd definitely do it. However, they probably have better versions now for the CPU and GPU. If this laptop goes for cheap, it is only a win for you.

Surprised by this budget gaming laptop

I picked it up for my senior who graduated this year. I wanted something she could use for school and have fun playing games with. I was really surprised when I borrowed to play an online game. This laptop runs amazing. Smooth gaming at modest settings. No input lag keyboard feels great. Boot and load times are really fast. I actually ended up buying the next model up of this laptop for my own personal use. Very impressed with this Lenovo laptop.
