On a pc not even a day old i had a good laugh, contacted microsoft they tried to help seemed like it might of been ok till a day before return period ended and thankfully it decided to start doing it again n i immediately took it back. Will never buy this brand again what a joke.

Bios update bricks PC and makes it unusable. Warrantied it with Lenovo they only fix instead of replace 20 minutes after getting it back and on it redoes the bios update and bricks it again.

The system said there was a bios update. When it updated it shut down and never turned back on. Lenovo support couldn’t’t fix it over the phone and now after purchasing this less than a week ago I have to mail it in for repair and my son will be with out his Christmas gift for at least 2 weeks. DO NOT BUY THIS COMPUTER. Their customer support is awful. Good bye Best Buy. I should have stuck with Newegg like I normally did.

Brought it back and geek squad. Recommended the Lenovo. On day one, this GPU crashed as well. Brought back in geek squad told me this computer is also trash. I don’t know why they sell computers that don’t work

Freezes randomly
