Enjoy the flexibility of this laptop and is easy to use. The battery life is great!

I purchased this because I have never owned a Chromebook and wanted to gain some experience with the operating system and accessibility features. One selling factor was the flexibility - being able to use it a s a convertible touch screen. Another was the stated durability. Best Buy honored a competitive price via phone conversation. The associate with whom I spoke was friendly and knowledgable. Shipping took a few days, but not as long as originally stated, so there's another plus. The device is exactly as advertised: Rugged Very nice, clear 16:9 touch screen Full size SD card slot - gives choice of SD or MicroSD with adapter USB 3 port HDMI port Security lock port combined microphone headphone jack So the Chromebook is very snappy and responsive. The keys are a nice, comfortable size, but not backlit. In addition to the volume keys on the keyboard, there is a rocker switch on the side of the Chromebook, as well. This is a great touch for when you need to use the device in tablet configuration. The Yoga N23 supports Android apps from the Google Play Store, so you get even more functionality! I can do things I could do on my Android phone that I could not do on my Windows or Mac laptops. In tablet mode, I can use the Kindle app to duplicate much of the functionality of a Kindle. I like my Kindle, but this makes it one less thing to carry. The only drawback is the weight. It's nearly 3 lbs, which doesn't sound like much, but given the diminutive size of the unit, makes it brick-like. This is an acceptable compromise to me, in that the only reason for the weight is the ruggedness of the unit. It's built like a little tank! Overall, I highly recommend this Lenovo Yoga N23 Chromebook and the purchase through Best Buy was competitively priced and a smooth transaction.
