Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have purchased other Lenovo products in the past which led me to the Lenovo Q24i-1L 24" Monitor with built-in speakers to replace a smaller 22" HP monitor. Upon purchasing the Lenovo and following the included instructions I found the picture to have amazing quality; HOWEVER, the Lenovo monitor required a separate audio driver for the built-in internal speakers to function with my HP system. I followed the included instructions to detail and downloaded the required driver multiple times to which would not install after numerous attempts. And you can forget about getting technical support because Lenovo had no U.S. Customer Service Numbers provided for the monitor with "ENGLISH" except for calling AUSTRALIA!!!!!!!!! because there was no U.S. technical support information provided in the product paperwork. The monitor was reportedly "Not Supported". So the question is would I buy it again??? Probably so .... if I lived in AUSTRALIA and could get English speaking technical support!!!!! So I purchased another HP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HP is plug and play and does not require separate audio drivers, they provided U.S. technical support numbers, and they speak English!!!
