Flickering Monitor Screen

However, the monitors picture was not as bright and crisp as I hoped it would be. After using it for three days, with no issues, the screen began to flicker in and out. So much so, I couldn’t see anything on the monitor. So, I had to return it. Never got the chance to test the speakers.

Posted .We are sorry to hear that your Lenovo Q24i-1L Monitor developed a flicker after three days of use. First, check your cable connection at both the monitor and the computer side. Be sure the connections have not come loose since initial installation. Then check your settings within the On-screen Settings Menus that are available to be sure they are still on the right settings for your computer. Here is a link to the User Guide for this model of the Q24i-1L Monitor, which illustrates the On-screen Settings Menus and the available adjustments that can be made there: https://download.lenovo.com/consumer/monitor/q24i_1l_ug_en.pdf.
