Received defective monitor, goes black once a seco

Set it up, and it flashes black every second. It's not a problem with my MacBook or HDMI cable, as (1) I tried multiple cables and (2) it does the flashing thing even when not connected to anything on the Lenovo startup screen. I talked to a Lenovo customer service agent via chat and their only troubleshooting help was that I should take it back to where I bought it. Sure, but also I value my time and not having to dismantle it, box it back up, haul it on the subway to a mall (shudder), buy another online, have it delivered since it's out of stock at my local brick and mortar, set it up again, all while being without for another six days (the time it will take for it to be delivered).

Posted .The Lenovo Q24i-1L Monitor, model number 66C0KCC3US, is a 23.8 inch (screen size measured diagonally) IPS - FHD (1920x1080) screen, with a brightness level of 250 nits, a refresh rate of 75Hz. This screen provides 100 Percent of the sRGB (72 Percent NTSC) color gamut for excellent color accuracy. If you are getting less than expected image clarity and color accuracy, first be sure that the cable connection between the computer and the monitor are secure. Then check your current resolution and color settings. Asked me to order again with a higher price

HUNK OF JUNK

Most annoying thing I have had to deal with, and best buy wouldn't even listen to me about the problem and wanted me to drive over an hour to bring it to the store so they can "take a look" as if I was being dishonest about the monitor menu. Don't buy this hunk of junk. Amen

Terrible Sound

Not really wall mountable

Wall mount is embedded in the back with very short screws so will not work with many universal mounts that can accommodate up to 200x200 vesa. Requires a smaller mount plate that maxes at 100x100, but those mounts are often less sturdy. Problem could have been easy fixed by better design, or simply including longer screws with rubber spacing washers (a roughly $0.05 production cost).

Stuck on Standby

It is a known issue with no fix. You have to take extra steps every time you log on just to get to your computer desktop screen. I am returning it later on today.

If you are getting a Standby Mode message when you connect your Lenovo Q24i-1L Monitor to a computer, this indicates the monitor is not receiving a video signal from the computer. Ensure the monitor's data transfer cable is connected correctly to the computer. It should be inserted completely and firmly in place. Use a VGA cable or HDMI 1.4 version cable that is compatible with both the computer you are using and this Q24i-1L Monitor . Make sure the cable is firmly connecting to the correct video port. If the cable is connected correctly but the issue continues, try resetting your Lenovo Q24i-1L Monitor. Here is a link to the User Guide for this monitor. Dead pixels immediately upon plugging in

Don't believe the specs, no webcam

Not what I paid for

I ordered the monitor with built in speakers. Picked it up at the store, now it’s Christmas morning and I realize I was not given the correct monitor. With the Q24i-1L Monitor attached to your computer, open the Sound menu by right-clicking the speakers icon in the system tray and choosing “Playback Devices.” Right-click the window background and choose “Show Disabled Devices” to display all connected sound cards and speakers. Set your monitor speakers as default by right-clicking them and choosing “Set as Default Device.” Sound now plays through your monitor speakers. Blurry

Text is blurry on a when connected to a Surface Pro. I only use thus for projects when absolutely necessary, but wish I spent more for something better.

This is a 1080p panel rather than a QHD panel which is 1440p.
