Get yourself a damp cloth, so that you won't scratch the screen. 3. Apply pressure to the area where the stuck pixel is. 4. While applying pressure, turn on your computer and screen. 5. One is hooked up with VGA, the other by HDMI and both work equally well. It's a nice, quality monitor; quite easy to set up and use. Display settings are easy to customize as well.

Overall decent buy on sale
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this monitor when it was $60 off on sale and I am overall content with it. I have learned that I do want something different since buying it, but here are the pros and cons. Pros: - Has speakers, they work but they aren't very loud, while it is a pro it can also be a con if you have high expectations. -Decent screen, clear, I actually prefer it to retina screens as it isn't so harsh on my eyes. Good for working. Cons: -The 3.5mm audio jack is in a terrible place on this monitor. It sits directly behind the stand, making it a nightmare to plug or unplug. I prefer wired speakers, but I don't use them everyday, so I unplug them often. -Mount only tilts, no height adjustment or swivel. Suggest using your own adjustable mount with this setup. -According to my research, the screen can be a con for many people. The NTSC rating is 72% which is considered average. For my use with programming and school, this didn't matter to me, affordability did. But, I don't find images to be very sharp or immersive to say the least. Overall a good monitor if you know what you're after. Work related stuff is perfect, but beyond that I'd spend more on something else.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good: 1. very easy to use, almost no setup efforts; 2. has a speaker, does the job. This monitor is probably the cheapest among those with the same size and a speaker. Bad: Every few hours, the screen may suddenly go black, and "magically" come back in about 5 seconds. After this blackout issue, the audio will be lost. You have to physically disconnect the HDMI cable, and plug in again, if you want your audio back. This problem occurs almost every single day. Not a big deal, but indeed annoying.

Great Monitor, but Macs Require More Effort

The matte finish on the display makes it really nice to work with from home because there aren't a ton of distracting reflections. The only downside is that it doesn't automatically play nicely with Apple/Mac hardware - you can't easily control the display brightness of even the speaker volume when you connect it to a Mac. That's Apple's fault for not implementing an HDMI standard that a lot of other computers use, so don't blame Lenovo for it. Thankfully there are third-party applications like "MonitorControl" that do allow you to easily change those settings from the Mac operating system.

Love from the first sight

I don’t need reading glasses and never a headache at the end of the day while WFH. I got one last year and loved it; now I have two of them side by side. Lenovo, make the height adjustable, I will pay extra for it.

I am also a college student, so it is great to have a larger screen than my laptop. I am using it as an external monitor for my MacBook Pro 13in, all you need is one cord to connect, which was relatively inexpensive at Best Buy.

This monitor is large with a crisp, bright screen. It was really easy to set up from the box. As shown in the image, there is quite a large gap between the stand and the screen, held up by an arm. I had hoped that the arm would be adjustable, but it is not. So my biggest critique of the monitor is that there is a rather awkward, large gap between the monitor and the stand which is not adjustable. The screen is thus much higher in the air than I would like given the configuration of my work station. Otherwise, this is a solid monitor for the price!
