This monitor is standard FHD (full HD), in other words, 1080P or 1920 x 1080 resolution. In today's market, this monitor is well priced when on sale, and overpriced when not. The "-10" series is the basic line, and the "i" in "Q24i" means it's only FHD, not QHD. So there is your lesson in resolutions, and also why this monitor is NOT QHD as the BestBuy description says. If you go to the product information on Lenovo's own website, you'll see it's listed as FHD right there. Hopefully BestBuy will see this and correct their error.

After 6 months of us the screen malfunctioned and Lenovo does not answer warranty tickets. So now after 6 months I have to spend another $200+ on a new monitor because Lenovo won’t answer repair requests

Do not buy this! It might be nice and elegant-looking but such bad quality!!!!! I can't even emphasise that enough. It is so pixelated! The brightness and contrast settings do absolutely nothing. Definitely regretting this purchase.
