The IPS screen has a fantastic viewing angle and the I7 CPU and SSD makes this thing speed right along. Nice metal housing makes this item feel solid. I am very happy with this laptop.

Excellent little laptop for the price, however I have owned it for a while now and it still won't upgrade to Windows 11 , well it is running a version of Windows 11, but not the final version... Everytime I turn it on it want to do updates, but the windows version update always fails. I've looked online for answers and tried many fixes but to no avail. I'm probably going to do a fresh install sometime but haven't gotten around to it yet. So it's nice, but update will drive you crazy . What do you want when your buying a refurbished computer for 1/4 of it's retail value?

I have a 6 year old Dell Inspiron, 17 inch and needed a new laptop. This refurbished was perfect with nothing wrong with it, and this is an $1,110 I got for $490. The Aluminum case is nice and sturdy, the OS loads from "Off" to "Log On" in like 5 seconds. I use the fingerprint ready because I'm too lazy to type in a password anymore. The screen is nice and bright and Netflix movies are crisp and clear. The ONLY issue I have with this and almost any NEW laptop is the sound quality through the headsets. On my old Dell, the sound is immersing. The new laptops sound like I'm listening to the external speakers through the headset, but I've been able to tweak that a bit. Also, I'm somewhat used to the larger 17.3 inch screen, so the 15.6 in is a tad strain on the eyes. I do not do any heavy, intense CPU demanding activities but it has an intel i7.

I bought this laptop in Feb 2023 for just under $500 excluding tax. The laptop was refurbished but in decent condition. The screen works fine, has a good resolution and the processor is quick. The laptop is lightweight and the keyboard is reasonably comfortable for whilst you are on the go. My only gripe at the moment is that the battery seems to be draining very quickly even when the laptop is not in use. I fully charged the battery, then closed it down using the normal Windows shutdown procedure. I left the laptop for about 8 days. When I returned, I switched it back on and it had 70% charge left in it. My previous laptops have not drained their batteries that quickly when they were switched off. Not even my HP G60 laptop that is 14 years old. So I will need to make sure that I am always close to an electrical socket.

I bought an one for my self and really like it. I bought the sameone for my granddaughter and she loved ii.

It was a little slow getting here but I have never been happier with a computer in my life and I built my own in the past. I didn't have to uninstall any unwanted programs and all the extra features came with the laptop that were necessary to keep it running smoothly and cleanly. I was expecting a terrible experience and I got above him beyond what I ever expected instead. Not to mention it's used and refurbished. This was an impossible fine love it.

We bought this laptop as an open box item a few months ago. The system booted perfectly as a new install out of the box. The screen is bright and beautiful and it's got snappy performance. We use it on and off all day and the battery last a long time which I was surprised...I might charge it once a week if that. So far we're very happy with the purchase.

No complaints yet.. Fast as breeze.. Shutdown to startup in less than 10 seconds.. Very very quite (sometimes i feel it does not have a fan) but it never got heat up as well.. Only downside is speaker sound but not a bog concern as i dont use this for media and can always use headphones. Other one is avg battery life.. Lasts for abt 4 hours on average full screentime use.

Perfect for my needs! Everything works beautifully. It looked brand new when I received it. Love the size of the screen, the number pad, and the touch screen.. all extremely useful for my use. So glad I bought this!

Excellent laptop, blazing fast speed, sharp display, lit up keyboard for night time use, huge storage! I absolutely love it and highly recommend it!

Computer runs games and almost anything great! The only annoying part is that the battery will only last abt 4 hours or so, and 3 under heavy load.

This laptop is loaded, especially like the 16gb of ram. One small scratch on the bottom but perfect otherwise.

Compared to other reviews I’ve read here, my pre-owned Lenovo laptop isn't dented or scuffed, has great battery life, and I upgraded to Windows 11 Professional at a discount so I now own the best laptop that outshines every other one I've used professionally with a built-in keyboard that includes a numeric keypad.
