    The laptop arrived in a timely manner, that was good. Upon setting the unit up, the sound card was defective. Therefore, I took the laptop to my local Best Buy. I was told that in order to get the unit looked at I must pay the hourly rate for the Geek Squad! Which was a deal breaker. Immediately I returned the unit for a refund!

    The computer's touchpad came damaged and I wasn't able to use it to click on anything.Minor cracks were near the webcam,but that was expected since it was refurbished.The computer came with a lot of ram that made it great for multitasking.the amount of space made it good for holding all the songs and videos I had.
