Small and clean

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this as a replacement for my 11 year old laptop because I knew that at this point in my life I didn't want to worry about any sort of cutting edge anything, I just wanted a functional computer with as little cruft as possible. That is exactly what I got. It comes with a clean install of Windows 10 that started me off with a beautiful blank desktop full of potential. The SSD and 16 gigs of RAM means it works fast. It has a very small footprint and is utterly silent. It's just the tiny workhorse I was looking for. It even has onboard Bluetooth which I didn't see in the specs, so I get to return the adapter I purchased with it. There are a few small things to note though. The SSD is fast, but small. I had to do a major trimming down of my stored files before transferring things over from my old laptop. The DisplayPort instead of a more universal HDMI meant a slight extra expense. The threaded connector for the WiFi antenna came a little loose when I tightened the antenna on initially. I had to hold it steady with a tiny screwdriver to unscrew the antenna, then put it on more gently so that everything was seated properly. One more positive note: it runs Vampire Survivors like a dream.

The set up was so simple (I am 70 years old). The steps were clearly outlined in the one-page direction sheet, and the online step by step could not have been easier. It even came with a keyboard and mouse that I was not expecting. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Worth it

Excellent condition and package very well. The company joy systems did a amazing job the workers there really care and i appreciate getting this at a good price.

These refurbished computers connected easily and have been up and running in the warehouse for about a month with no issues. I would definitely recommend purchasing.
