Purchased this laptop less than a month ago. It stopped working. Logged into my Best buy account to see that the return date was Jan 13th. Today is Jan 19. Called Best Buy and was told to call Lenovo because return date is past. Called Lenovo tech support and was told a technician would call me back in twenty-four hours. I was told to keep my phone on. Guess I am suppose to carry the laptop around all day with my cell phone. This is not the service I expect from Best Buy nor Lenovo. This laptop is not cheap. It should work longer than a month. The response to get this right should be immediate. Will reconsider Best Buy and Lenovo products. Too many other options.

The laptop is great, the specs are really good bruh the problem was that the battery failed in the 2nd week of use. It couldn’t charge and there were not a way to fix it

I was so excited for this laptop & loved it, but it wouldn’t charge and I had to return ! They are an older model so aren’t making them anymore

Ordered online got it next day didnt work drove to best buy to take back got it home did the same thing as the first took it back had a family emergency so couldnt take it back the next day had to get a different laptop pay the difference this laptop was on sale wouldnt give me the sale price even tho i was in there twice for the same computer issue 1 hour drive there both ways and had to do this twice wasnt happy

The screen just stopped working- purchased Jan 25th and stopped working beginning of August. We brought it back to GeekSquad and were told it’d be $84 to ship it to the manufacturer and they won’t cover repairs because of some cosmetic damage on the bottom.

Bought this laptop for my son, a little over a month later and it won't boot up. Now I'm playing phone tag with Lenovo support. This is hugely disappointing, why can't I just return this to Best Buy? I won't be purchasing anything from Lenovo again, I knew I should have just bought him an a lower tier Apple. My mistake.

It's a great little laptop, with a 3050 that I expected to last, After 2 days of playing Valheim after work I seem to have fried the GPU as I now get static on my screen at random times, I think it's due to the intake vents being under it and not enough airflow, BUT it is a great laptop if you are not playing any games or actually working it

Laptop started making anoise within one week of receiving it. Then took to the store and the rep convinced us to send off instead of exchanging- very disappointed eith the wjole experience. Spoke with store manager and hopefully once it comes back to the dtore they will refund as they said they would.

I bought this laptop in January, and it broke by July, becoming unusable due to charging issues. I only took it outside twice and used it for less than an hour a day.

Haven't even used it. It was 4 days late and the window of time i had to set it up when it arrived was passed. I only bought it because it said 1 day delivery which actually turned into almost a week.

You had to connect to Wi-Fi in order to use it. I couldn’t access any other feature which sucked. So I hurried up and took it back.

Crashed on me twice after 1 month of use. Crashed 6 times now and its only 3 months into use

At its price, this laptops specs are phenomenal, and provides a smooth experience, even while preforming other laborious tasks such as gaming. One area where this product falls short is battery life. Though the product page states up to 13 hours, you should expect less than 6 when browsing the web, and less than 2 while preforming CPU intensive tasks. My final knock with this otherwise phenomenal product is its lack of an HDMI port.

To find a machine with ths much power in such a small format is quite challenging, especially at this pricepoint. Along with being ultra portable, this can run cpu and gpu intensive applications. The ram is limited to 16gb, but if you are not multitasking above that limit, this machine ahould be great.

I have been using this laptop for college and it has been doing a solid job. The battery lasts for around 8 hours for school work but probably only lasts for 4 hours watching videos. The face ID has a hard time detecting me without my glasses but the camera does not seem too bad. You do not necessarily need to turn off too much but I found it most efficient only going down to 60 hertz. The charging speed is fast and even charges quickly while in use. There are probably better options depending on what you want to do but the laptop works well as a mix between a work and gaming laptop as it is able to run browsers well with long battery life and play games a solid frame rates. I only have had this laptop for a couple months and it seems to be holding up well but some reviews warn about deteriorating battery life and weak build quality. Other than that the laptop is good when there is a sale for it. The original price is definitely not worth.
