I downloaded Premier Elements to it or tried to . It froze and now I can get it to work at all. I paid almost a grand for this stupid thing and when I call customer support they say SORRY WE NO CAN HELP YOU. Is this really the way you do business!!! I NEVER BOUGHT FROM BEST BUY BEFORE! I NEVER WILL AGAIN IF YOU REALLY DONT HELP ME.

A370M Is horrible, an iGPU can do better.

Read that it was comparable to the 3050...No its not. It's like 15% faster than the iGPU the intel CPU already has which is one of the worst. This laptop would be better without the A370m and lighter, just being in the laptop gives it a 1 star.

We bought a new lap top and tablet two weeks ago. The salesman scheduled our Geek Squad appointment at the time of purchase. There was nothing available for two weeks. So we scheduled an appointment for April 10th, and the wife took the day off work. Now, on April 9th, the Geek Squad say they don't have us scheduled. Obviously Best Buy is manned with morons. We have bought 3 TVs, a Computer and 2 Tablets in the last year from BB. BUT NEVER AGAIN! I think you know what you can do with your piece of crap store.

My view is if I don't ask for it I don't want it. I find it extremely frustrating to spend more time removing pushed functions than I spend performing tasks I an trying to perform.

I’m using it to provide teletherapy services and so far it has met all of my needs. I’m very happy with the sale price. The customer service was very good too when I was trying to figure out which computer would best meet my needs.
