I'm really liking this machine!!!! Despite being thin and fairly light, it's very fast and even runs MS Flight Simulator very well. The display is wonderful and the touch works great. It has 2 USB-C ports, USB-A plus an HDMI port. The speakers are also great. Like the keyboard a lot. I got it for light video and photo editing and it's going to be plenty fast. Yes as others have mentioned the fans spin up fast but only when doing intense work like MS Flight Sim, otherwise it's very quiet. Very happy with my purchase.

Solid build quality and great IPS screen. The Ryzen 7735 is paired nicely with the RTX 3050 for a well-balanced laptop that can handle day-to-day work and light gaming at full resolution. Ultra fast RAM and a fast SSD mean that the machine operates quickly and seamlessly under most conditions . Battery life is also good considering the power and weight.

Picked this up for college. Really cant complain. Works for gaming if you need. Can average most games about 120 fps on low settings. No trouble with adobe editing sophware. Screen is amazing. Cant say i use the touchscreen much but thats just me. Ive had problems with lenovo hinges in the past but as long as you treat it right you should be fine. Went through a small window of creaking but its gone now. Figure it was just the hinges settling. Looks like a macbook at a 4th the price and 4x the power. Love it.

Bought this as a creator laptop at a value price, and I've been really pleased at the way it performs for HD video editing. Build quality feels premium (love the all-aluminum case) and the keyboard feels superb. Battery life is a definite improvement over my older Dell XPS. It comes with a beefy (140W) power adapter, to power the Nvidia GPU. It will accept smaller USB-C PD chargers but will give you a warning. Display could be a tad brighter overall, and I wish the memory were upgradeable, but I'm okay with that.

Opted for this laptop instead of Macbook air because of software compatibility issue. And I am enjoying my purchase. The screen is sharp and bright. Touch screen is on point very smooth. Performance is amazing. Battery lasts for a days work. The audio is good too. Windows hello works like a charm. And the best part is the laptop is light and durable will all aluminum body. The chamfered edges give this laptop a sleek look. This has to be the best laptop at this price for students and professionals a like.

I started my freshman year i college in the fall of 2024 almost 10 months ago. After looking at a wide variety of laptops, I came to a conclusion and decided to purchase this one. Thankfully, I got it on sale cause this thing is not worth 1000 dollars. Yeah it’s a cool laptop, the design is super modern and sleek, me personally I don’t like bulky gaming laptops as I think they’re ugly. This laptop does well at running softwares, I can run CapCut, After Effects, and even blender on this thing, No Lag!. The only downside to this laptop is the battery, this thing dies so quick if you’re doing something that requires a lot of battery weather that’s gaming, editing, etc. I guarantee you this thing won’t last you more then 2 hours if you’re running heavy softwares or apps. I always have mine on battery saver mode, so it extends the battery by a lot, almost to 7/8 hours a day. Perfect for school if you’re an engineering major and don’t want to buy an ugly bulky gaming laptop. Just be sure to bring you’re charger because if you’re running cad softwares on this thing or any type of 3d software, this thing will die on you. If you’re doing less heavy stuff like writing an essay on word or using canvas with 5+ tabs open the laptops battery percentage will last for a good amount of time. I’ve never had it die on me in any of my college classes until this one time where I forgot to charge it and it almost died, but made it. My final recommendation is to get it if you feel like it won’t have a financial burden on you in the future, definitely better then MacBook in terms of running 3 softwares, but battery life is nothing compared to a MacBook. I would recommend buying it on sale, also be aware that if you try to resell the laptop it’s almost going to be impossible getting all of you’re money back as the resell value sucks for this thing. I’d even rather recommend you to get one on eBay instead to save even more money. I normally stay on 1080x1920 but sometimes I change it to 1440p when ever I’m watching a movie cause it’s nice. It’s also touch screen so that’s another good thing, and it’s also not like those crappy laptops that have the touch screen feature where it lags the second you put your finger on the screen. That’s pretty much it, things been holding up strong for me for the past 9 months, I have encountered glitches though. There’s times where my screen would flicker black for a small second and then go back to normal, I’ve also had it freeze on my a couple of times but that’s rare and it isn’t a repetitive issue, (this probably happened because I have like 10+ tabs open haha).

Great laptop for my needs. Using in office environment primarily with docking station & 2 additional monitors. Very fast, no issues. Everything functions as expected with only a few minor setting adjustments. Display is great, obviously this is not as bright as a OLED however it is not priced as a OLED ether… I originally purchased a Macbook however running Micrsoft 365 physically on the computer and installing the apps ran into multiple errors which is still an Apple issue… I am much happier with my Lenovo overall and not a single complaint. I would purchase this laptop again. The build quality is right up there and feels very solid, also extremely thin and portable.

I've had this laptop for 6 weeks. I'm using it for everyday personal use. The size and features are just what I was looking for and it was a great price on sale. I really like that it's solid built laptop but still lightweight. The battery life is great. The only thing I don't like is the location of the power button on the right side of the laptop. If you're plugging in the power cord or moving the laptop it's very easy to turn the laptop off.

This laptop is everything I wanted in a 14" laptop. I had a Legion 5 15 from a few years ago and when that laptop died I needed a new one. Figured I'd try something a little smaller and was willing to sacrifice some performance... This laptop is not only built better, but has an equivalent card to my old gaming laptop, more RAM, the same amount of storage, and a higher res screen. The only thing this laptop is missing is a 120Hz panel over the 90Hz panel, but other aspects like the build quality and touch screen make up for it. Even better, it has USB-C charging (140W!) Suffice to say, I'm not nearly as sad my old laptop died. This thing is a monster. Thin, light, aluminum shell, excellent screen, and even amazing IO. Only thing missing is maybe an ethernet port but that's not something I'm too worried about. It can game, it's great for coursework, and it's quite sleek. I'd have liked a fingerprint reader, but Windows Hellos is arguably better anyway. Highly recommend this machine.

Really nice computer. Light and has a nice mat finish. Easy to carry from class to class.Really good collage starting laptop. Really good graphics and able to run steam games but heats up quick and the fans aren’t exactly quite but that only happens if your playing any heavy programs or extended amount of use.

An Amazing Laptop With One Annoyance

This laptop handles pretty much everything I can throw at it: 4K video editing, photo editing, everyday use, and even gaming (with some caveats - see below) and has handled itself ably. This is the best laptop keyboard you're likely to find, outside of a Lenovo Thinkpad. Macbooks have nothing on this thing. Battery life is decent. I can get about 10 hours of web browsing/video playback, which is not at the top of the heap, but it'll get you through the day. Gaming - since that's what y'all're here for, anyway - is... fine. It's not a gaming laptop, and lacks creature comforts like a high-refresh rate display or a mux to switch GPUs, but if you're not playing AAA titles, it's golden. I have one - ONE - complaint, and it's so minor that it's almost funny: Why is the power button on the side? I keep hitting the darn thing when I don't want to. I can't tell you how may times I've accidentally put this thing to sleep when I didn't want to.

Still no issues and runs like new 1 year later! Screen and battery life are all I need, I'm even able to game reasonably. I don't do any hardcore video editing but I suspect the i7 processor and GPU would allow it. The performance has stayed consistent over time, with no noticeable slowdowns or hiccups in daily use. I primarily use it for productivity (email, spreadsheets, Zoom meetings), web browsing, and some light gaming, and it handles all of that with ease. The boot-up time is quick, apps open instantly, and multitasking feels fluid—even with several browser tabs open, music streaming, and a couple of background apps running. The screen is one of my favorite features. It’s bright, crisp, and color-accurate, making it easy on the eyes whether I’m working in a brightly lit room or relaxing in a darker environment. The anti-glare coating has been very effective, and watching movies or streaming in HD still looks fantastic even a year in. Battery life has held up better than expected. I can still get through most of a full workday (6–8 hours) on a single charge, depending on brightness and how demanding my tasks are. I generally keep it in battery saver mode when unplugged, and that’s been more than enough for emails, documents, and browsing. If I’m gaming or streaming HD video for hours, I’ll need to plug in sooner—but for a thin, high-performance laptop, I think the battery life is great. As for gaming, I’ve been able to play a mix of titles like Rocket League, Fortnite, Skyrim, and even some newer titles on medium settings. Obviously, this isn’t a gaming laptop, but the integrated or entry-level discrete GPU (depending on your configuration) is surprisingly capable. Thermals are managed well—it's quiet most of the time and only gets warm under heavier loads. I haven't done much video editing, but based on the i7 processor and graphics, I’d say it could handle casual editing or rendering tasks for personal projects. If you’re doing full 4K video workflows with layers and effects, you’ll probably want a more specialized machine, but for basic editing in Adobe Premiere or DaVinci Resolve, I’m confident this setup would be up to the task. Build quality has also impressed me. The chassis still looks and feels solid, the hinges haven’t loosened, and the keyboard remains responsive. The trackpad is smooth and accurate, and I really like the feel of the keyboard—it’s comfortable for long typing sessions, with good key travel. No weird glitches, screen flickers, or battery degradation to report. All the ports are still functioning, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth remain stable, and Windows updates have gone smoothly. I didn’t opt for extended warranty coverage and don’t regret it—this thing just works. All in all, I’m extremely satisfied. For the price I paid, I feel like I got excellent value—reliable performance, a great screen, and portability with enough horsepower for light creative work and entertainment. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy it again or recommend it to someone looking for a dependable all-around laptop.

Lenovo has made a compact laptop with 16 gb ddr5 ram, fast processor, and separate 3050 graphics(6gb vram) enough power to game and also handle some intense video editing. This was very reasonable and a step above Dell, HP and Acer similar models in build quality

If you are looking for a slim and light productivity laptop w/ good battery life that can also game at 1080p, look no further. This laptop really does have a lot going for it. It has an excellent display, great battery life (8hrs productivity), and an absolutely superb keyboard. My only gripe is the click of the trackpad is really chintzy. It sounds plasticky and cheap, but the trackpad itself is smooth glass and accurate. For the price and for my needs, there really isn't a better option. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for something thin and light, with an excellent keyboard and trackpad, and wants to every so often play a game or two.

After my old Razer got a spicy battery, I wanted to grab something on the cheaper end, that could run basic Steam games and handle my dev tasks, in a small-ish form factor. Having this for a few weeks, this little Lenovo has been great: the keyboard is tactile and responsive, large responsive trackpad, snappy when I need it to be, and very decent battery life. It's worth noting that the charging speed on this is incredibly fast so even when I run out faster than I'd like, it takes only 30 minutes before I'm back to a "useable" battery level. Highly recommend this thing!
