Bought for my wife to replace an older ultra book, not a gamer but the kids want her to play some games with them that struggled or didn't work on her old integrated graphics i5 laptop. This is probably overkill but runs everything they play at max setting with ease (fall guys, rocket league, minecraft, Forza 4)

Great balance of features for the price. Fast, great graphics, plenty of storage, multiple inputs, portable. I like the glass screen which is strong and enables very thin bezel, 14.5 inch size yet small foot print, great keyboard.should meet the needs of 98% of users.

I've been using this laptop for a few months now, and it's been working pretty well for me. It can last school lectures and work unplugged for around 5-6 hours. The performance is good for casual gaming.

I got this to replace a Dell workstation laptop that only got 3 hours of battery life. I use it for CAD and office apps. It is very light, very nice and premium feeling and is faster than my old Dell at 1/3 the cost. It can also run games for when working out of town. Screen is nice.

I bought this PC on sale, and it is one of the best investments I have made. The keyboard, mouse, and screen are top-notch. I could type and work on it all day. The large battery in it allows you to a full day without a charge. The big surprise for me that it runs linux especially Ubuntu and Mint 22.04 flawlessly. Plus I get a full day out of the battery with it too. Highly recommended.

For me this laptop wasn’t worth its value but that may be more of an issue on my lack of research before purchasing. I bought it for work and to game. More for work than anything else but the screen is too small and the laptop gets very hot very fast. I actually returned it recently and decided to got for one with higher specs. With that being said if you are using this for none gaming purposes I would recommend because it did have a sturdy build. One of the better looking laptops on the market and it has no plastic in site. The case feels like metal and the screen looks crisp. So for any none gamer I would recommend.

I bought this laptop about 2 weeks ago. I love Lenovo laptops, their style and competitive pricing and reliability are why they are my go to laptop brand. The screen gets plenty bright, touch screen works like a charm and battery life is great. My only complaint is that the 7000 series CPU isn't paired with a entry level 4000 series Nvidia or 7000 series AMD gpu, as it is using a 3050 gpu. Aside from that I am a happy buyer of this laptop and would recommend to anyone needing a school/light gaming laptop

There's a lot to like about this laptop. It has high quality internals (processor, ram, SSD) and the performance is great. The laptop looks good, and it is highly portable (thin and light, with small bezels and excellent use of space all around). I also find the battery life to be pretty good (around 7 hours with moderate use). It also charges super quickly, though the charger itself is quite the brick. There are a few things holding it back from 5 stars -- the main being the noisy trackpad and keyboard (the spacebar in particular). Both rattle and make unnecessary/distracting noise, enough so it is making me consider returning the machine. (Other reviews have mentioned similar issues -- one person saying they had Lenovo send them six units until one finally had a touchpad that didn't rattle.) The other disappointment is the screen. The resolution is good, but the brightness is surprisingly not so bright (the nits rating doesn't match the actual experience), and the colors seem a bit off. Compared to the Asus 14X OLED, this screen has some noticeable shortcomings, though it could also be a lot worse.

Good laptop, very very delicate. So if you’re on the go, make sure to buy a protective case or have the proper bag! Great weight for people on the go, lightened my bag immensely. Does have issue keeping up with illustrator and “fast pace workers /moving around”. Still a nice on the go laptop for free lance, but I will say if you move fast in the Adobe apps, it will have delays. Vibrant colors, that is wonderful. Only knocking it down a star because of the delays in app usage!

I was deciding between this, flow z13, and asus g14. So happy I decided to spend less. Not a huge gamer, but wanted something that could last a few years without being too outdated. Smooth, fast, quiet, minimal heat, elegant.

This laptop offers a lot of power for the price. The Zen3+ processor is nimble and handles everyday computing tasks, the screen possesses great resolution and color gamut, and the RTX 3050 handles graphical tasks with ease and facilitates some light gaming on the side. The 1.5mm keyboard travel is solid, as well. Very happy with the purchase!

I spent a week and a half testing the Lenovo Slim Pro 7 for work purposes and using it for my own amusement in my personal time. Lenovo specifically describes the Slim Pro 7 as a "clamshell notebook built for mobile content creators." This being the case, I used several programs on the laptop to test its abilities. As is common with the best Lenovo laptops, the Slim Pro 7 is very easy to use, features long battery life, and charges up quickly. While not perfect, it is a strong contender in the affordable laptop space. I tested 2 laptop comparing the top best this is one so classy. Powerful lappy

excellent performance for the size, premium build, nice 2.5K 90 Hz display, good battery for lighter use, very competitive in value. Cons: display brightness is only "okay", heavier loads will stress the thermals/fans and battery will drop, and it isn't the absolutely highest tier (GPU, refresh rate, brightness) that you'd find in full gaming machines or ultra-premium creatives.

The specs suggest that this would be a great computer for moderately intense work use. The discrete gpu helps make local LLM use practical, but not awesome. 16GB of ram checks the work device minimum. The 90Hz display is not really helpful. I still experience significant eyestrain during long work sessions. I would not recommend this for gaming, even with the 3050gpu. The deal breaker for me is the unbearable heat. The back gets dangerously hot without special attention to ventilation. I hope the trade-in value helps me get into something else.
