Have been needing a new laptop for months! So glad I grabbed this while it was on sale! Works absolutely amazing, its fast, powerful, and gets everything I need in no time! Highly recommend!

The specs suggest that this would be a great computer for moderately intense work use. The discrete gpu helps make local LLM use practical, but not awesome. 16GB of ram checks the work device minimum. The 90Hz display is not really helpful. I still experience significant eyestrain during long work sessions. I would not recommend this for gaming, even with the 3050gpu. The deal breaker for me is the unbearable heat. The back gets dangerously hot without special attention to ventilation. I hope the trade-in value helps me get into something else.

Fast and responsive, hasn't given me any problems and can run pretty much any game with decent graphics

excellent performance for the size, premium build, nice 2.5K 90 Hz display, good battery for lighter use, very competitive in value. Cons: display brightness is only "okay", heavier loads will stress the thermals/fans and battery will drop, and it isn't the absolutely highest tier (GPU, refresh rate, brightness) that you'd find in full gaming machines or ultra-premium creatives.

Pro laptops need to ship with 32GB RAM in 2024. Good screen that doesn't get bright enough for bright daylight use, fantastic keyboard that's much better than the competition. My open box unit randomly froze twice and refused to charge off a 100W USB-C charger, so it got returned.

Great laptop with solid battery life. It will last me 2 days of work without a charge with battery saver on and lower brightness. It's lightweight and small which is excellent for portability. All metal chassis makes the laptop super solid. 10/10 for me

I've shopped and bought 10+ laptops over the past 4 months or so, and this unit is an absolute beast. When using just for office work, I'm plugged just into a 65W adapter and it doesn't get hot while it completes everything I throw at it easily. When I'm ready to game (on the supplied adapter - or need to have shorter sessions as the GPU itself can draw up to 75W), it can handle even new games at lower settings. This laptop provides capabilities for most use cases.

I bought this for my daughter for school and some light gaming. I set it up and began to do my usual debloating of unnecessary programs. I also put steam on it and put it through a few test. I wasn't expecting a whole lot out of a 3050 card. This thing surprised the heck out of me. It played the games i teat very well. I remember Hogwarts Legacy on high 1440p settings was getting around the 70s in fps whichis really good. The sound on this thing seems like alien technology, because something this small shouldn't sound so good. I think the screen is very sharp and beautiful. I am highly considering buying another one for myself. Its between this and another i saw with an iled and a 4060.

I love this laptop. The touch screen comes in super handy and it’s lightweight. The backlit keyboard is a life saver when I’m up doing homework late at night. Definitely recommend it.

got this for my son who needed a new machine for first year of college. long track record using Lenovo machines and wanted to stick with similar brand. not too heavy, set up a breeze. easy to move files over if already using onedrive. not a ton of ports but probably don't need many since touchscreen. but can easily add dongle/hub if need more ports.

For under $800 you won't find a better deal than the Lenovo Slim Pro 7. The performance on this laptop is crazy and beats out laptops that cost twice as much. The dedicated RTX 3050 makes it amazing for running games, and other college applications. The Display is killer too, and the addition of 90hz is awesome for both gaming and productivity. However this laptop isn't perfect, the trackpad is mediocre (which is perfectly fine for me because I only use a mouse & the touchscreen). Also the battery life isn't the best, it gets the job done but don't expect all day battery life. If you absolutely need it, turn the Display to 1080p, 60hz and you will have a much longer battery life. Overall the laptop is built with very high quality parts, the keyboard, sound system, and ports are all amazing. Definitely recommend, and it's a steal for under $800.

this is my 2nd lenovo laptop purchase (still have the first one it is just going to stay at our vacation property). Love the slim lines, keyboard and overall performance and functionality. Solid well built laptop for the money.

Fantastic PC. Great button movement and touch screen is very accurate. Touch pad could use some work on the clicking feel clunky. Has good processing power and graphics are sharp. Better deal than most Microsoft’s and Apples.

Purchased this laptop a couple weeks ago. I must mention it’s fast, power my three monitors beautifully and graphic friendly and looks slick. So far so good…

I had a MacBook and was tired of the operating system and wanted to get back to windows and gaming while also doing schoolwork. This computer has been great for that so far. The OLED display is comparable to any MacBook and this thing never heats up unless I’m playing war zone. Very satisfied with my purchase. All metal, lightweight, OLED display, 16 Gm ram. C’mon it’s a steal at this price. Never going back to Apple, sticking with their phones only.

Fantastic laptop. Never felt any slowdown, while gaming it never felt like it throttled. Screen looks great, size and weight are really good. Only thing I wish is it had another usb-c on the right side as well.

This product has been great for college enough to keep me entertained in between classes with some games and enough to keep up with all of my classes as well runs great no issues and a great price for what you get out of it.

Really nice laptop. I’m using it for school and it’s super convenient. For it being touchscreen, it helps me complete my assignments a lot more faster and easier. The quality is nice, it’s good for school and to use for fun.
