Nice laptop with decent specs. Good screen, gpu and overall performance. The biggest downside is the soldered on RAM. There is no path to upgrade the RAM, which is a downer.

I love this thing. It gives Apple a run for its money. The battery is great and runs very quickly. I love the keyboard. All metal case. This a great laptop!

Even though I dropped college, this laptop is perfect for school and non-school activities... I have been using my laptop for 2.8 months and so far, everything is still running smoothly. I bought this for college math class since the professor asked for one. All of the assignments and websites we were assigned, worked fine on this laptop. I initially was going to buy another Lenovo laptop with no screen touch, but it was too big especially for my desk size. This laptop was perfect size, and I still had enough room on my desk for my notebook Also the touch screen though I thought I did not need, is extremely useful. Overall, very happy with this purchase. I would buy this brand Lenovo again.

I purchased a new laptop to replace my MacBook, aiming for an upgrade. This decision has greatly benefited me; for the cost of a MacBook, I acquired a dependable laptop with superior features and specs at a more affordable price. Testing it with small games like Skate 3 revealed that while possible, the Task Runner nearly hits 90%, and the fans audibly strain. Apart from this minor setback, I have no complaints about the transition

Bought this laptop on a whim and I could not be happier. The performance is top notch. It does not get too hot to handle. The graphics card is a killer!

Great graphics easy to navigate slim and lightweight

Great and powerful machine.Built with class and smooth processor. Light weight and easy to manage. Software was not excessive and minimal bloatware installed. Crafted delightfully and oacked in a minimalistic manner.

Overall build quality is very high and the performance justifies the configuration of the machine. This is used for programming, light CAD and general use. I believe its worth the money I paid.

The laptop is good value for money, graphics and RAM are solid, there is no lagging when playing games (e.g. Skyrim). That said, it does tend to run a little hot on both sides when gaming after an hour, getting almost uncomfortable on my fingertips. But after taking a break at this time, it is fine to resume.

Second Open Box excellent purchase (first one was returned due to an inaccurate description, no charging adapter and some minor damage). Gave BestBuy another chance and am glad I did on this one. Lighting fast laptop, great display, love the keyboard, everything I needed and at a wonderful Open Box price!

Great laptop. Very slim and the screen quality is amazing! Touch screen is very responsive. Speakers surprisingly great for the price. Its also capable of running some games like Call of Duty, VALORANT, GTA5. 100% recommend

After a month of daily use for work as an IT Admin, I can say this laptop does great. I am on this thing 8 hours a day and even when taking it off of the charger, this lasts for hours.

Got this laptop for school and it has been everything that I needed. Light weight, powerful, user friendly, consistent, reliable, just the best. Couldnt have asked for anything more

Love it. Light weight, quick, just what I needed. Needed to buy an additional USB port but that's not a big deal to me.

Very happy. The labtop is touch which i wanted and i also needed dedicated graphics. Only downside would be the 16gigs of ram are all you can get, other than that value for $ is definitely great.

Purchased this for my daughter who is starting college. It fits right in the goldilocks zone, good power, light weight, good battery, and excellent value in my opinion.

Purchased for my daughter to game. Well built! Personally Lenovo has been the only brand purchased since my first laptop from Circuit City! Alike back then when going to CC my dad and I would lift up stereo receivers, to feel the weight making sure one was getting something inside; This laptop has some weight to it, more than likely from quality durable parts as Lenovo's are extremely durable. Coupled with the open box deal it really helped save the day for Christmas for the family. TY BB.
