I bought this clock to use in my living room near my arm chair to be able to see the time easily as well as ask google about when/where questions associated with the news and other shows. Via the Lenovo smart clock I am also able to control Google assistant.

We added this to the bedroom to finally have a clock that we could see at night and during the day. Even better it allows us to use Google too, as our smart assistant to set alarms, turn lights on and off, set reminders and just really integrates our house to ease of use.

I needed a new alarm clock and saw this LENOVO Smart Clock with GOOGLE ASSISTANT on sale so I bought it. I LOVE the Google Assistant! Now I can be even lazier than I was before I had a "clock" that could turn on and off my smart light bulbs, smart thermostat, items plugged into the "smart" wall sockets (and any other things with "smart" features). I can also play my favorite PANDORA music and get news and weather...all right next to my bed! PLUS different clock faces, brightness and volume choices! I am buying another one for my office (even at the regular price if not on sale)...

Great clock for bedroom. Easy to use. Multiple days of week alarm options. Ramps up is volume. Setting for gradual brightness increase with alarm. I can control my hue lights using the google assistant. The clock can be set to show weather. The display can be set to get very dim in response to ambient room light. The mic can also be muted by a switch. There is no camera so less privacy concerns. It isn't as multi-functional as an echo show or google hub but I wouldn't want those for a nightstand alarm clock. I think the only downside to this clock is lack of battery back up.

Would be perfect if it didn't think I was saying, "ok google," all the time and mute my tv. Also not a big deal that it doesn't show video since the screen is so small. As a smart clock it is perfect, great for checking the weather and streaming music!

Excellent Google assistant and great speaker quality. Easy to use and not so bright in the night. Highly recommended and form factor is perfect for a night stand.

I never wanted a smart speaker / assistant device outside of my phone. But I did want a clock where I could set scheduled alarms similar to how I can on my phone rather than using two alarms that I have to constantly remember to turn on/off and even re-set for special occasions. The Lenovo Smart Clock I think is the only product on the market that met my needs, and boy does it exceed. Not only can I set alarms by voice or manually on the touch screen, but I can get weather information for just about anywhere in the world and I can tune into any radio station or stream any album without having to get my phone out. I can even make calls from my clock, which has been useful when I just want to lay in bed and talk to someone. And I can just mute the microphone if I feel that my privacy is being invaded. Between this and a Google Home Mini, this is a much more useful device. Just understand that you're buying a glorified clock radio, not a nice smart speaker. That is if you want decent audio, have the clock default casting to some other device. I have a Chromecast audio set up with some nice speakers in my bedroom and that's where my music and radio play from. Since I know that folks from Lenovo read these comments, I'll add some suggestions to make the smart clock even better. I would like to have the ability to add my own alarm tones. The default sounds included are quite mellow and sometimes I just want that old-fashioned buzzer or bell. I'd also like a few more clock faces, perhaps with larger numbers that I can see without my glasses on from across the room. Maybe a traditional digital clock look? On the hardware side of things - some ideas for when you design the Smart Clock II, the power adapter is awkward in tight spaces. Honestly, this device could probably be powered over USB. And speaking of USB, maybe it's time to include a USB-C port on the back with PD so that we can fast charge our devices. Currently, I use that USB port to power the Chromecast audio so that I'm not using another outlet on the wall. Finally, it would be nice if the clock had its own 3.5mm audio-out. Then I wouldn't need to use the CC Audio in my bedroom and could relocate that to another part of the house. Overall, great device. Might either get another one or try the Smart Clock Essential for my spare bedroom. I got this one when it was on sale for $40 and it's definitely worth that price.

It gives you the time and weather, and it's easy to set alarms and ask questions of google. But it doesn't display video or even your google photos. There isn't much to do for customization. I think it would be a great buy at about 60 dollars or less.

I love this clock. It has Google Assistant. I especially like viewing my photos. I was able to set one of my photos as the background to the clock. It also displays the locate weather. Use it to set reminders or ask questions. The sleep mode will play white noise.

I've found this to be a good alarm and a nice tool. Mine had more capabilities than the product description said due to software upgrades. You get the whole Google Assistant toolbox. A lot of setup uses the Google Home app, so I've got my thermostat connected. Somehow it knows when I'm talking to it and the phone on the charging stand next to it ignores my commands to the clock. The only drawback is that it won't alarm during a power outage. I use the weather clock face and the brightness is always right day or night.

Clock works great. Many built in functions. And connectivity features for your cell phone. The clock's brightness control works like a charm. Alarm functions comes in handy with sound and radio/XM radio right after. Easy to operatr. Voice controls works great.

This is almost the ultimate alarm clock. This combines the google home with the size and functionality of an alarm clock. The only thing that I would like to see is a better screen to maybe show youtube videos.

Love this alarm clock. The only issue I have is that it only hooks up to certain radio apps and it won’t play the song I want but as long as I say “hey google set my alarm to 6 to music” it will ask me and I will say sweet emotion by Aerosmith. It plays Aerosmith music

The display is nice and has auto-dimming. I like seeing the weather displayed on the screen. Also when you have google set a timer you can see it counting down. The charging option is a nice touch too. Make sure that your phone is unlocked so that it charges.

Coming from old alarm clock I had for over 10 years, this one is leaps and bounds better. I like that you can change the face of a clock itself and it has Google assistant built in. However, there are two issues that I don't like with this alarm clock. Number one is that the alarm clock does not change its brightness automatically from day to night mode. You always have to change it manually. Another thing I don't like is when you lose Wi-Fi to the alarm clock and you try to reconnect it to the same network, you have to delete the whole clock off Google Home and start all over again and put in the credentials for your Wi-Fi, that's really annoying and inconvenient. Besides those two issues (if you can cope with it), this is an outstanding alarm clock. It does what it's supposed to do and so far I had no problems with it.

This is perfect for a beside the bed monitor. Hey google show me the babies room. Pretty small and fits on the nightstand. You can get weather, time, travel info...really everything the larger ones do to except video calling.

I bought this as a gift for my cousin. He is just loving this smart clock. It has most of the features of Nest Hub for a cheaper price. It blends very well with the other Google Assistant devices at his home. I highly recommend this product to anyone.

Small but incredible! Most of my stuff are Alexa, but this little thing is incredible.
