It is possible that performing a reset and re-linking your services to your Google Account will fix this issue. To get started please power cycle the device by unplugging it for 1-2 minutes. Plugging it back in and allowing it to power on. If the issue remains please perform a factory reset by holding down the “Volume + and – ” buttons on top of your device for 8 Seconds. When prompted during the setup process select unlink, and then re-link your streaming service of choice, You can also do this after setup in your Google Home App. Here is a link from the Google Support page with more detailed instructions https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7551876?co=GENIE.Platform%3DAndroid&hl=en .
