loved it until it stopped working

Screen was super battery life about 6-7 hours non stop usage. 3 weeks in noticed battery was low plugged it in and noticed computer was not charging. Computer died went to best buy and it is hardware related. Looked it up online and appears to happen with SE models. Special edition so could not exchange and the store would not discount non special edition because of sale. smh anyhow sup by name or Art was great in helping me find another computer. Went with spectre x360 and so far very happy.
