Many of these Star Wars edition yoga's come with driver issues and port connectivity issues with regard to the USBc and HDMI. The functionality of the 2 in 1 is amazing. But if you want to connect an external monitor it's gonna have some issues that are hardware related. Do not buy if you're expecting to connect to another monitor.

Have had 2 of this unit and touch pad is overly sensitive and Windows 10 runs terrible on it, especially with drivers. Had Geek Squad set the second one up (cannot say enough good things about Geek Squad as they are great), just in case I was doing set up wrong but still have problems with second one. Past my return window so now I am stuck.

I saw BB had a better price than the original Yoga 920 so I get this one. But if I use this model, I cannot use the pen! And when I talked to Lenovo's customer service, people there were just bad-tempered and impatient, but not BB's fault of course

By far worst laptop ive ever owned. I buy a lot from best buy *cough* (about $10k this year) and this has been worst product ive ever bought from bestbuy. Warranty does no good as this laptop has only worked probably 40% of the time i owned it.

Got the Lenovo Yoga 920 STAR WARS limited edition as an upgrade for my Razer Stealth Balde v1. It's a great machine and everyone else already mentioned the good point so I'm just point out some of my personal 'cons' that might matter to some of you. :) 1) It's s little too big for me since I'm used to size of Razer Blade Stealth and Asuz Zenbook before that. It makes me feel like I'm using a 15 incher. 2) The rubber at the bottom doesn't "grip" well on some surfaces, the laptop literately slides on my work desk. 3) I love the bezzeless sides and top, but it has an unusually large bottom bezel. 4) I don't like how the edges are built, it's very uncomfortable to hold and carry in laptop mode, especially on tablet mode. My previous ultrabooks felt amazing to hold and carry around (and hug). 5) Aside from the watchband hinges, it doesn't have any contours or curves to make it "sexy" like other ultrabooks. Also part of the reason why it doesn't feel comfortable to hold (#3). Design and feel factor did not WOW me as much compared to when I got my Asus Zenbook or Razer Blade Stealth, but I would highly recommend the Yoga 920 for it's specs and performance.

We are sorry to hear that you had issues with your Lenovo Star Wars Special Edition Yoga 920-14. This system is equipped with OneKey Recovery System. There is a very small pin hole on the right side of the device, right near the power button on the device. You will need a pin to push this reset button. Plug the device in. Let the battery charge for about 15 minutes. Push the reset button. The system should boot to a choice screen where you can choose "Restore To Factory Default". Select this. It will delete everything from the hard drive except the original factory install of the operating system. You will need to reinstall all programs and files after the reset. If you don't have copies of the files, try to make one before you restore by selecting "Boot to desktop" and trying to back up your files. If the problem persists after the factory reset, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686. lenovo

The computer itself is nice, its fast, its light weight. However, there are a few issues. One Lenovo marketed the Pen that came with it, as being able to magnetize to the top of the computer, however it cannot do that. Lenovo even knew this, so they simply added a piece that you have to plug into your only available USB port leaving you with one USB C that will hold the pen. The magnet catches, but isn't even strong enough to keep the pen in place. Second the computer was made thicker in order to have that magnet, but since its useless the computer has sharp edges on all sides that catch on your wrists and give you an uncomfortable almost chafing like feeling. Next they advertise the computer as up to 10.5 hours. However you get more like 5. I saw a response lenovo gave to someone else who commented about this, I have nothing running, even checked task manager. The computer just is not what is advertised. The specs are absolutely amazing, The magnet does not work, if they would have scrapped the idea and simply put the pen holder, then the computer would be much more comfortable to type on. Now to the next part, the computer over heats. ALOT. I moved it onto a flat cool surface. And had nothing running, and there was the faint sound of a fan, which is good. In an i7 you expect some heat and some fan noise. However i have had computers from every brand and this one takes the cake as the hottest. The literal moment i turned it on, the computer heated up. Now ok that is attributed to updates, but its been a few days and the heat is still the same. So to wrap it up the look of the computer, is amazing. The specs of the computer is amazing. But the features, and design need some serious work. In today's age a 5 hour battery is not something that can be used, and a computer that leaves marks on your wrists while you type, is also not something that is worth it.

We are sorry to hear you are having issues with your Yoga 920-14. This device weighs 3.09 lbs. and measures 0.5" thin, even with the magnet for the pen. The battery life on this 4K configuration is up to 9 hours, depending on the work that the device is performing. This model has the Intel Core i7-8550U, Quad-Core processor. It is currently the only ultra portable 2 in 1 device available with a Quad-Core processor. It will generate heat any time it is turned on, even at idle. The onboard fan will maintain the proper operating temperature for the device. lenovo

I was able to get this product for a killer deal, at 1200$ for all it comes with, couldn't have asked for a better 2-in-1. Plus, the nostalgic Star Wars Poster Backing is gorgeous. my only qualm, is a few days after I bought it, my USB-A port had a pin bend/break. Not sure if that's a fault on the product, or a fault on the cable I was using. Regardless, I plan to get that repaired. Although, I hate having to send it out, unless the port replacement is something I could order in and have GeekSquad repair on site. Until knowing the durability of the port compared to other 920 owners, 4/5, and to any wanting to purchase this, I highly recommend you do so.

This is my second personal Lenovo in 4 years ( I have 2 others in office ). Not that I am a big Lenovo fan, but I picked this after narrowing down to 3 ( Surface Pro, HP Spectre and this one ). I am happy that I brought this one home and it has not failed me yet. I am impressed with the design , especially my U430 after more than 3 years of excellent service gave in at the hinge ( it still works well ). This one has a great hinge that doubles up as a heat sink. Beautiful 4K display, but some program / Application popups appear too small for my comfort....at this time I have it 275% scaling against the 300 % recommended setting. Extremely fast booting and shutting down. Comes with very minimal bloat ware...I have removed all of them and have updated the drivers as well...very useful utility in Lenovo Vantage that keeps your system up to date. I read many complaints about the key board...I have none, I love it ..... the noise issue is true unfortunately .. not very silent especially when it starts an app , but not a deal breaker...does not heat up at all....overall very happy with this and I would expect this all metal stuff to last a few years especially since this has a few things excluded ( or included ) with the next 3 or 5 years in mind...but who knows. You would not be disappointed with this....give it a try ! It is both beautiful and willing to work hard...that is a rare combo ! This is a limited edition with only 4000 made if I were to believe what is engraved on my machine...mine says 3262 of 4000 :)

Thank you for choosing the Lenovo Star Wars Special Edition Yoga 920-14. This is a high performance system with its Intel Core i7-8550U 4-core/8-thread processor. The processor has a clock speed of 1.8GHz and a maximum Turbo Boost speed of 3.7GHz. There is 16GB of RAM and a 512GB solid state hard drive. This system will generate heat whenever it is turned on, even at idle, this is normal. The onboard fan will maintain the proper operating temperature for the device. You will hear the fan whenever it runs, this too is normal. lenovo

Mine came with a battery for the "included" Active Pen 2, but the pen is missing. And trying to reach someone at Best Buy has been impossible due to the holiday rush. VERRY disappointing.

It is a good laptop and has a great design on it. It does get hot when working on certain applications. The battery does not last as they say it does. Yes I've contact LENOVO Support they did not want to do anything with it. It does state that it includes the pen, but customer support says it doesn't. It's basic only good to check emails. Anything else might cause problems or you will run out of battery before you finish a project.

Best Buy screens "detailed" reviews so understand that you only read reviews that they want you to read. That being the case....this Lenovo Yoga 920 Star Wars edition is worth every penny at $1299. None of the negative reviews that I have read seem to be valid.
