It keeps freezing and crashing no matter what i try. I am going to be returning it and expect a full refund.

I come on line to return it and the return window closed yesterday. Not even a 30 day return this is unacceptable. I guess I will have to contact a manger.

I couldn’t even tap on anything I had to force shut down so many times. I bought it today at the best buy Sugarland location and will return it in the morning.
