Poor screen resolution, glitches and poor sound

The sound quality is very tinny and weak. It has glitches like warning that the pen battery is dead when there is no pen, even disabling everything for the pen doesn’t help. I have seen tablets much cheaper perform better.

(https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/downloads/ds101291-rescue-and-smart-assistant-lmsa). This software can back up and restoration of your Tab should resolve your software issues. If not, please feel free to reach out to Lenovo Support via whatever channel is most convenient for you for further assistance.
