    Purchased for wife for Christmas. Ask her why she never uses it two months later. She told me she did not want to hurt my feelings, it was "Junk" I tried to play with it a while, It is totally junk. Like 1990s slow.

    Its super slow. It takes about a minute to load the home screen and 3-5 secs to load apps.

    Got a corrupt message and set it back to factory settings but it will not even turn on. So now I have a large paperweight.

      To start, it's likely that the factory reset was done unsuccessfully. Before addressing this, please ensure the system is getting power from its included power adapter.
      To force another factory reset, please try these steps:

      1. Power off the tablet completely.
      2. Connect a charging cable to a turned-on computer, but do not plug it into the tablet's USB-C port yet.
      3. Press and hold both the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons simultaneously.
      4. While holding both buttons, insert the USB-C cable into the tablet's USB port. Keep holding the keys until the tablet powers on and enters the Android reset menu.
      5. Once the tablet enters the reset menu, you can release the keys and unplug the cable.
      6. Navigate through the menu using the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons to select Wipe data/factory reset. Confirm the selection by pressing the Power button.

    Do Not Buy Open-box Items

    I bought this tablet about 8 months ago. It was an open-box item. Just 3 months after my purchase, this device showed problems esp with the display. The display often goes black and to get it started, I have to restart it over again and again.

    screen loses picture and goes dark

    When I am using the lenovo, it will for unexplicable go dark and it hasn't bee inative for 30 mins. and I have to close the cover and then reopen it. It's annoying

      To start, we recommend first checking the screen timeout settings on your Tab M11, as after a certain period of inactivity, the device will put itself to sleep and will need to be waked by tapping the display (if tap to wake is enabled) or by pressing the power button. To check screen timeout settings, open the Settings app, select the Display tab listed on the left, scroll down to the settings to adjust "Screen timeout". Select this from the list of settings and adjust the timeout to your liking.

      If this does not resolve the issue, we then recommend checking for updates in Settings or the Lenovo Vantage app on your Tab. To do so, open Vantage and select 'System update' from the list of options on the Vantage home page. If your issue persists, we then recommend contacting Lenovo Support for in-depth troubleshooting.

    How to keep restarting the tablet it wouldn’t connect to any of my Bluetooth headphones or earbuds. Downloaded videos kept buffering, and I returned the item.

    Bad experience

    I paid for the item in store. Which was not in the store even though it was advertised on the shelves. It was supposed to be sent to my house. And then it never showed up. No one told me my order was canceled. I had to go to Best buy to find out that it had been canceled. Overall a very bad experience. I'll never buy another tablet from Best buy ever again.

    I bought this for my son and Overall it didnt work with any apps i downloaded pokemon go was glitchy gmail as well, anything that was downloaded kept lagging and freezing up, i ended up returning it for an i pad which is disappointing becuase im not a fan of apple since i think its just a status symbol but when it comes to tablets save your money and get something other than this garbage.
