Returned this item. Not that it's bad...just didn't need it after all. It's now been 22 days and still no refund. Website says all kinds of time frames. I asked 3 times now and keep being told....keep waiting. Online chat is not helpful at all. Sorry. Never going to order online again from these guys. Store service though is TOP NOTCH.
