    It works great. Its easy to set up. I had to get use to not having the three icons at the bottom. The back arrow, the home square and the app clearing three lines.

    Only marginally functional, this time. I bought a Lenovo Tab a couple years ago, from Lenovo and it arrived without a working touch screen. Support was useless and the cost to me, to sit on the phone and harangue over "fault" is not worth my time or the cost of this device. That was then. This time, I figured I'd get the Tab from Best Buy. I got cheese with my purchase in case I have any issues this time. Let the Geeks sort it out. So far the Tab has worked. The only problem I've run into is when I choose to "reboot" from the power menu, it ALWAYS reboots in safe mode. Terribly annoying (submission censored and forced me to change some language (get bent Best Buy). Lenovo has been my goto for Laptops for over a decade with no complaints. I still own and operate all 4 devices. I guess their Tab division needs better leadership.

      To start, we recommend checking for updates in Settings or the Lenovo Vantage app on your Tab. To do so, open Vantage and select 'System update' from the list of options on the homepage. If this does not resolve the issue, we then recommend restoring your device through Rescue Assistant. (https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/downloads/ds101291-rescue-and-smart-assistant-lmsa). This software can back up and restore your Tab to factory setting, which may resolve your software issues.

      Please update us when you can regarding this and reach out to us again should you have any questions or need further assistance.

    Great tablet. Just the right size at 9 inches. SD card slot makes up for 32 gigabytes internal storage. Put all my music on SD card. Nothing fancy but solid tablet. Great price.

    Bought it as Christmas gift for my nephews. Setup was easy enough and was able to get it up within 10 minutes. Not the best but good for the price.
