Tablet is everything I was looking for and then some. Battery life is awesome lasts all day

This was an open box item. We have had zero issues with it and would buy another open box item from Best Buy on the future. Very satisfied.

Decent for the price point, but if you are looking for something snappy, you might wanna get something else. Good build quality but basic display and rather slow speed make is useful only for reading or consuming media

Decent for my toddler. Child mode was very glitchy so we switched to regular and it seems to be working well. Sound is not great. Needs to be charged often and takes a long time to charge

My family members liked it when I gave it to them but it can barely do anything that involves any power at all

I purchased the lenovo tab m9 and it has been working well for me and I am likely going to get another larger tablet as well.

For what I intended to use this for, it failed. Trying to use it to write freehand doesn’t work and this was recommended to me.

baddest tablet i have ever tried no extra storage very slow and when i download roblox or some other small games the games turn off and lagging i have tried a kids tablet and nothing happend with it like lagging there is also not a virus in the m9 kids tablet are good then this m9

Excellent performance. I was debating between a more expensive tablet because it had more RAM. It's not needed. For the price this M9 is excellent. It does everything I need I it to, emails, numerous apps. Battery life is superb. I don't use it for gaming but I do run lots of apps simultaneously and there's not a problem. The size is great and options for a condensed keyboard so I can still swipe easily. I purchased the rugged case and love it. It does make it bigger but very easy to grip and hold on to. I'm not worried about an occasional drop.

So I was initially wanting something to replace my Amazon Fire Tablet that was over a decade old. Yes I like to read books, but those Fire tablets seem to be limited especially with the app store. I wanted something more versatile that would be good to use for social media so I can stop using my phone in the evenings. So I decided to give this a try based on price and reviews. What a product, very impressed with this. I caught it on sale which made it even better, but it feels high quality and works pretty dang good considering the budget price range. I never expected to play games on this, but one day I was sick and wanted something to entertain my brain while I was laying in bed so I gambled by getting a game thinking the hardware wouldn't be powerful enough for it. Well I was wrong, and now I'm addicted to this game. Battery life is great, never even gone less than half way down in a full day of usage, I like how its not too big like the other tablets that are 10"+, and like I said feels high quality. You'll get some lag and slowness here and there but if you are casually using it you won't notice much of it. I definitely recommend this product.

Very satisfied. Great tablet. Fast, with a good amount of memory. The tablet is easy on the eyes. It has a solid build, and it is also light, so you can hold it for a long time, without getting tired. Overall a great tablet, at a very affordable price. Cant beat it.

I've used a Kindle reader since they came out, and after I retired I realized there are tons of books at the library that can be downloaded. But...not compatible with Kindle readers. My daughter had a Kindle Fire 8 she never used, and that (for reasons I don't know) is compatible with other types of e-book formats, so I'd been using it for a few months. I bought this M9 because I've also taken up the drone hobby (remember - I retired!) and using the cellphone screen to see what the drone is recording is just too difficult, and I see that lots of drone people use small tablets hooked to the remote. I bought this M9 strictly for the drone - BUT - once I opened it up and started playing around with it, I was VERY impressed with the picture quality and the ease with getting my favorite apps on her. She also loaded my library app with ease, and frankly loads the book I want in seconds instead of minutes like the Fire did. It's also lighter than the Fire, and navigating around it seems so much more intelligent than the Fire was. There is no comparison between this and a Fire. Is it a top notch tablet? - no, but depending on your needs, you might not need to get the fastest, sleekest one out there and be perfectly happy. I am. Also, I paid $140 for this and I saw the next day went on sale for $99 - and BB gladly refunded me the $40 difference with their price match guarantee. So the happy meter went up another notch. I've watched two movies and read my e-books about 4 hours so far, and I still have 48% battery life. And it works great on my drone. Quality of video is great, and I can see where my camera is pointing, plus easier to engage some of the screen buttons simply because they are bigger and easier to touch than on a cellphone screen.

Great tablet in respect to size and speed. For the price of this tablet it performs better that my previous tablets.
