I completely avoid Samsung tablets after having bought 4 straight that ended up with significant issues shortly after purchase. This Lenovo tablet has been excellent so far.

Good cheap tablet

Great basic tablet for non-demanding tasks.

I don't game or make huge demands of it. This works great for what I want, no need to pay hundreds of $$$ for a tablet. The screen, even when watching Plex, is bright and responsive. And is great for reading.

I basically use it for watching some tv, streaming while I fall asleep, checking emails, and FB. Beats having to worry about having my work computer getting stolen while I'm on the road.

This tablet burns through its battery pretty quickly and I got annoyed at Lenovos overall base program, trying to install apps that i didn’t want even though I turned off the “recommended apps” option. And it’s not apps that are for functionality, it was for games like solitaire and poker. Really annoying.

It's a great as a Kindle alternative, but with limited system memory and funky memory expansion that doesn't make use of the full storage capacity for the system, this tablet became frustrating really quickly. The haptic feedback is barely noticeable and Lenovo hasn't solved the problem of some Google Apps not being compatible with the tablet. This tablet was very frustrating from the time I booted it up. Don't expect to use it for anything more than an e-reader.
