DO NOT waste your money with this product!! It didn't work right out of the box. I tried updating it and restarting it and it did not help. I bought this to soley run square on it. It crashed trying to run one app, it crashed trying to connect to wifi, it crashed even trying to factory reset it! I took it in for support and the guy essentially laughed at me and told me to buy a better product. Some other issues include that it wouldn't remember my password. Then i set it to not require a password and it would not remember that setting. I would have to restart it even to get into the home screen. Same password issue when it came to reset. I couldn't factory reset from the settings I had to do it via manual controls. What I can say is that the customer support was helpful and processed the return for me to upgrade to something better.

Great value for a basic tablet The Lenovo Tab M9 is lightweight, has solid battery life, and works great for streaming, reading, and casual browsing. It’s not super fast, and the screen isn’t the sharpest, but for the price, it’s totally worth it. Perfect for everyday use on a budget

I bought this on a Black Friday deal as a cheaper alternative to a Samsung tablet, and I regret it. Loading files via SD card or emailing attachments to myself is idiotically cumbersome, but it doesn't show up when I attach it to my computer via USB-C. This also makes it harder to move files between internal and external storage. Speaking of which, my 32GB filled very quickly with just OS and apps. I bought an SD to ameliorate that, but the apps won't move to the SD card. Lenovo's web site says some apps are designed to only operate on internal memory, suggesting that I have to tap on each one to see if a "Move to SD" button shows up. This is bad design but would be worth it if I could move some over. NONE OF THEM HAVE THAT OPTION, at least not the ones 100mb or larger which are the only ones worth checking. One app contributing to this bloat is GBoard, a Google Keyboard, because the default Lenovo keyboard doesn't have numbers across the top and puts other buttons in weird places. This is inexcusable in a day when passwords are required to have numbers. I already had a case and screen cover installed by the time I discovered this SD card issue, so I'll just have to limit my productivity for a few years until it's time for an upgrade to a grown-up device. I like Lenovo's computers and am typing this on one, but they are NOT there yet when it comes to their Android integration. If you don't have any Samsung Android familiarity, this might be a good purchase. But if you do, spend the extra money to get a Samsung.

I buy this tablet in good price and i just want use this for some activity when i am outside the house like as watching the shows and movies and check m emails so in this activity works very good and no lag , also connection to wifi very easy with no problem. for the other activity like as gaming i do not have any experience . the speaker was great and working good.

I’m a huge fan of this tablet! It is easy to use. I use it to read or just surf the web. If you have basic wants or needs for a tablet that easy to navigate this is it!

I generally like the M9. After getting a solid case to protect it against falls, I ran the setup program to per-load apps that I have installed on an older Android. As soon as the install process was done, I installed an sd card to help with potential storage concerns. It wasn’t until the as was in place that I realized I couldn’t move apps over to the sd card. Bummer! The 32 gb main storage now sits at 28gb giving me less than 4gb of work space. That, even though I have an empty 32gb expansion card sitting idle. Ouch! Other than storage constraints, I like the M9. The clarity of the screen is more pretty good, and it is responsive to touch. It readily connects to my network, as well as connects to my phone’s hot spot when no network is available. For such an inexpensive device, this is a great bang for my buck.

I bought this tablet open-box, and it was mainly for a transportable means to stream shows and movies. It's doing its job perfectly. While its condition was only labelled "fair," I've found that it both looks and functions perfectly. The transaction itself was very quick and painless, and the cashier was very kind.

The product was reasonably priced and fits the bill for what I needed it for - that is something to display product support manuals while servicing my outdoor power equipment. While it's not the fastest tablet and has a bunch of junk pre-installed (that you can't easily delete fully) - it was inexpensive enough that if I were to damage it, the impact would be far less thank if it were my cell phone. That said, I did get a cheap case that I can use to minimize damage while working in the garage with grubby hands.

I have two tablets, one in 12inch and this one. This Lenovo 9inch is perfect for travel as it's easier to use during long flights for reading as well as watching something. 12inch is just way too big and it'll mess with your food tray or when you sit and want to read something it won't be convenient. Screen quality is good, speed is OK but you don't need that fast of a tablet when your main concern is to read and watch a movie, trust me it'll play even 4K movies flawlessly.

We were gravitating to this tablet because it's one of the few with a 9" screen vs. larger 11" models. Also, it uses a fairly basic Android version that avoids most bloatware and doesn't rely on running within the Amazon ecosystem (e.g. the Fire tablets). It's proven very reliable...no spontaneous reboots...and very capable running multiple browser tabs, email, e-readers, and video apps. Very happy with the purchase, especially getting a fantastic deal under $100 from Best Buy.

I was looking for a replacement for a Kindle Fire that has a bit more computing power. This tablet is exactly what I was looking for. It's a little bigger than my old kindle but thinner and lighter. It does everything my Kindle did and so much more. I can:t say enough good things about it and no complaints.

Great device. Snappy performance and screen is very sharp. Good for anything you can do with a tablet had some issues with external sd setup not allowing as internal storage.
