It constantly drops the internet connect, no matter if it's my home wifi or hotspot on 2 different providers. The sound goes up and down. You do get what you pay for and in this instance I got less. Honestly I'm too disgusted to take waste the time to return it. I should have just stuck with good old samsung. Lesson well learned.

I recently purchased a Breville Bambino Plus at $499. A couple of days after, it was at $399. Per your policies, I could have requested a price match. But at the store, customer service told me that it does not apply to Puerto Rico. This is utterly discriminatory. Is this because we are latinamericans, despite being genuine US Citizens?

Although the M9 is an entry-level device, web-based tasks should be relatively quick to load. To attempt to resolve this, first, we recommend ensuring that the Wi-Fi connection your Tab is connected to can supply sufficient bandwidth to your device. Next, we recommend checking for updates in Settings or the Lenovo Vantage app on your Tab. To do so, open Vantage and select 'System update' from the list of options on the Vantage home page. If your issue persists, we then recommend contacting Lenovo Support for in-depth troubleshooting.

To try to resolve this, if you'd like to adjust the display timeout, open the Settings app, select the Display tab listed on the left, scroll down to the settings to adjust "Screen timeout". Regarding battery life, we recommend switching the system theme to dark mode if you have not already done so. To do so, open Settings > Display > Screen Style. Also, you can enable battery saver by swiping down from the top tray, selecting the battery icon in the list of quick settings.
