    The gentleman who helped me was so knowledgeable and friendly. He was very helpful and explained patiently to me and actually showed me the differences of the tablet I was looking for compared to the one I wanted replaced.i don't know much about how computers work but he was so helpful with his time

    Peformance is great, but since it doesn't include the stylus Presicion Pen 2, can't really get the most out of the apps that need it. Also since it doesn't include a case cover, can get easly get damaged. These's not many options for generic stylus pens nor case covers. If you are looking for a low budget tab, this is a good option.

    It arrived on time and my kiddo couldn't have been more thrilled. It was a great peice and everything transferred quickly. She was up and running and chatting with her friends within 30 minutes.
