We thought it was a charging issue but when we took it in to get exemined, it was determined that the motherboard failed and it can't be repaired. Obviously, a 15 months life span is pretty disappointing . . . especially when the warranty expires after 12 months.

The only issue I have is it is running an older version of android and the forums have been saying a new version is coming for the past year. The screen is also a little laggy when touching it but you can adjust to that.
