This is a good tablet overall. Recommending this: for an alternate if you want something different then Ipad or a Samsung device.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Lately Best buy's open boxes have been a lie said it was an excellent condition when I received it it was locked couldn't pull up the keyboard camera kept fidgeting other than the fact that there was no cosmetic damage I really couldn't use the tablet I had to return it this is like the third time Best buy's open boxs have tricked me last time I got a a mouse and it said it was an excellent condition and that was the most dirtiest mouth I've ever seen in my life looks like someone shoved it in the trash can and took it back out.

No Android 12 Support?

Unfortunately it'll be the last Lenovo product that I purchase since, despite the company's own upgrade table, they don't seem to be supporting it with an Android 12 update or any new updates. There are some annoying glitches that really should be fixed with an update.

While they are adequate I don't believe the quality quite compares to Samsung. I am disappointed that there does not seem to be a way to use earphones......unless I'm missing something.
