Does Not Work!!!
||Posted .Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.So, after much ado and a long wait for a chat w/ a rep to get info, we were told this monitor came with ALL necessary cords/connections. It does NOT. The rep was clueless. So the monitor arrives, we speak w/ another rep and order all cords. Wait for those to arrive. All hooked up, instructions are AWFUL. Computer cannot read monitor. We've run diagnostics. It turns on then right off. The monitor does not work. Don't buy this!

||Posted .Had to buy separate cables to make the camera/mic work - the directions were pretty useless, but the product reviews included responses from Lenovo that lead you right to the cables you need. Wish that had been clearer at time of purchase. Camera great.

If your computer does not have a display port, you will need a HDMI-Out to DisplayPort-In adapter, plus a DisplayPort cable. To get the webcam, microphone and speakers to work you will need a second USB Type B to USB Type A cable attached to the computer from the monitor. Not a good fit

I purchased this item to replace an existing monitor because, it has a webcam , for my Lenovo tower. It appears that this model was not intended for connection with an existing tower. In order for this item to work, I would have to buy additional equipment which was not specified when I purchased the monitor. I returned this item within the week, not satisfied at all with the product.

Posted .The Lenovo ThinkCentre 24 Monitor is compatible with Windows 7 to Windows 10 computers. This monitor has a DisplayPort connection to connect a computer. If your computer does not have a DisplayPort for video out to a external monitor, you will need the proper adapter for the computer side connection. You will also need a second cable to get the webcam and audio to work. This is a USB Type B to USB Type A cable. An affordable monitor with camera

It was easy to install and greatly enhances your computer. However we had to purchase the cables separately to connect it to our computer, and those cables are hard to find. The description and included instructions said the cables were included, but they were not.

Terrible with other brand PC’s
Posted .Do not buy this monitor if you have any other brand of desk top. It does not work!!!!! We even called Levono’s help desk and the couldn’t help us. They kept telling us we had the wrong wires, but we tried all of them and it didn’t work. Even looked for videos online but none came up.

Posted .As a psychologist I was excited about this monitor because of the webcam to do teletherapy and the ability to adjust the screen for psych testing. The built in speakers were a plus also. I read the reviews and all the frustration buyers were having getting the monitor to operate. I should have listened because of course it didn't work for me either. I bought the correct cord and also called Lenovo tech support who's only help was to tell me to call HP?? I will be returning to Best Buy tomorrow.

Do not purchase unless plugging into a "Tiny"
Posted .Bought this monitor from office supply store and went back for cables at Best Buy. I HAVE a Lenovo laptop computer and this has been impossible to install. Site won't support the product, can't be detected, had to manually install drivers, tech support was unable to help. When I went back to look more closely at reviews I realized 99% of all positive reviews were from customers who had a "tiny". Anyone trying to connect from an external computer, another brand, etc........not so great.
