Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Only (silly) issue I am dealting with on the Lenovo ThinkPad vs. my old HP Envy is the location of the cntrl and fn keys. The HP Envy the cntrl key is left of the fn key which made it much easier to do cntrl + copy and other similar actions like paste. The On the ThinkPad, it is reversed and although I have been using the ThinkPad everyday for my job, I find the keys being reversed of each other I am constantly hitting the fn key when trying to copy/paste and it is taking extra time to go back and fix a document.

This is a high price model that you can swap for a Yoga with Twice the memory/RAM as this one and a touchscreen. Keep looking!

No Sound

To start, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.
If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. We recommend contacting Lenovo Support here: 877-453-6686, for further assistance.

It is nice to buy from Best Buy since they have a good support system if anything is wrong with it. It seems like the safest option to buy good Lenovo products and you know what you're getting.
