I would stay away from this Laptop, you may be lucky and get one that works. Been troubleshooting this device for external monitors display through a Lenovo Docking station. Research online shows this is an issue with no resolution in sight.
BestBuy's 15 day refund/return window is a joke. Thought it was 30 days, found out 5 days too late so i am stuck with this defective PC. I will never purchase anything from BestBuy ever again.

Hi Snowcrossfan,
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your ThinkPad. We apologize for the frustration and inconvenience this may have caused you. We'd like to work with you to resolve this issue.
To start, please do the following: 1. Perform a static discharge/power cycle. To do so, first remove all cables connected to the device (power adapter, HDMI, external mouse, external keyboard, etc.). 2. Be sure device is powered off, then. press and hold the power button down for 60 seconds. When done, re-attach all cables and insert the power adapter, letting the laptop charge for a couple minutes, then power up the machine as usual. 3. Check for the latest updates by opening the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button. The, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button and apply all available updates. There should be a graphic driver update that will come through here.
Please let us know how this goes for you, and reach out to us with any questions or requests for further assistance.
