So easy to use! Feels like a quality built machine, not cheap plasticky feel. Lenovo advantage is a plus as it helps you navigate cool features. Backlit keyboard is a plus plus!

I have been extremely happy with the Lenovo Think Pad E16. My only complaint is that the touch pad is slow to react and I don't use it as I normally would.
Regarding the touchpad issue, to help remedy this, first, in Windows Settings, follow these steps to get to touchpad settings: Bluetooth & Devices > Touchpad. There should be an option to toggle touchpad options there. If this doesn't do the trick, then try installing any available updates through the Lenovo Vantage app by selecting the "Check for updates" button on the homepage of the app. Then, check for updates in the Settings app by selecting the Windows Updates tab and selecting "Check for updates" button.
If your issue persists after applying updates and restarting your system, we then recommend reaching out to our support team at this number: 855-253-6686, and providing a representative with details of your issue, so that they may help by providing a solution for you.

Imagine writing a review and complaining about the windows setup process, and nothing to do with the actual product. Just got his laptop today and it is fantastic. It comes out of the box upgrade ready with an extra ram slot and NVME slot open for use. 9/10 and the 1 off is for making a deal with the devil (McAfee) and having bloatware pre-downloaded.
