This was the worst experience I’ve ever had purchasing a laptop. The laptop never arrived. Fed Ex indicated arrival 5 different days and it never arrived. Best Buy wouldn’t even tri to help referring me to marketplace vendor, even though my credit card says it was purchased through Best Buy. The Marketplace customer service did nothing but lip service and when the laptop was returned to them. They didn’t credit my account
