I love it. Light weight, great battery life, excellent display, very functional and 2 USB ports.

This laptop was fine...at first. After a couple of days the fingerprint reader started being finicky and I'd have to scan my finger a few time to login. A few days more and after many failed attempts to scan my fingerprint, I'd have to resort to typing in my PIN to gain access. Oh, and then there's the fact that you can't upgrade the RAM...it's soldered. Needless to say, I returned the laptop and got my money back.

Waited like 2 weeks for an overnight delivery than never came, then another week for my refund. 3 weeks no computer while I was supposed to be working from home!! Never buy online or through Best Buy in general—horrible customer service as the company tries to squeeze profits however possible with low quality third party partners
