Inspiration doesn't run on a normal work day. The additional keyboard functions are easy to access and placed conveniently. I would recommend this Yoga 2-in-1 with a touch screen to anyone who needs a laptop for home and work.

The keyboard is often overlooked when shopping for a laptop, and the one on ThinkPads is hard to beat. This model also contains a touch screen along with a versatile folding function to use it as a tablet. The stylus is stored easily and works very well in this mode. Great value as well.

Small size, big power!

The size is great for travel, but Lenovo doesn't back away from offering all of the bells and whistles most have gotten accustomed to over the years (processing speed, upgradeability, touch screen, etc.). I'd recommend this for anyone looking for a smaller laptop.

Great laptop, not sure about longevity

I'm not sure if it's finicky because of use, but I find that the battery charge isn't long lasting ( I read it was supposed to be 8-9 hours but mine only lasts 4 hours). Sometimes my keys have frozen when I'm writing emails. I'm not sure if it's just me.

Initially, I was looking to purchase a Dell XPS but the size I wanted was out of stock everywhere for months. I saw this at an office supply store and decided to do some research. Glad I got this. Keys are easy. Lots of ports. I'm finding that it can run a little hot if I'm using it on soft (cloth) surfaces. The fan will kick on. Using it for work mostly.

Durable and fast

If you like the old school IBM style laptops that has the little red button mouse then this is perfect for you. It's light weight and enough power to do daily tasks. The only con I see with it is that you can't upgrade the RAM because it's soldered to the board. Durable chassis so it's not as fragile.

You can keep this computer running at its best by keeping the Windows 10 Operating System and all supporting BIOS files and drivers up to date. You can easily accomplish this by scanning the computer with the Lenovo Utility software available on this computer. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan" In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up. If you ever need additional help with your Lenovo computer, we recommend you call Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686 for additional help

I am able to do thing I could not do for 3 years on my Chromebook. The ThinkPad is very durable and with the flexible screen I am able to be around my toddler and not have a heart attach every time he touches it. I have not had it for very long but I love it so far.

Although the computer I was replacing was a "budget" computer, I had used ThinkPads in the past and have always been impressed with them, so I thought I'd give this one a try. Let me tell you, this thing definitely gets the job done. It is sleek and lightweight but sturdy and tough like the ThinkPads of old. One thing I didn't realize until after I had already bought it was that it comes with a Lenovo Pen (score!). I love the capability to turn it into tablet mode for taking notes, drawing, etc. The screen is bright, vibrant and great resolution. Can't say enough good things about this computer!

Touch screen nice as well. Speakers are pretty weak, thus when listening to Pandora and or viewing YouTube etc. headphones are a necessity.

Only bad thing is that i cannot go more than 8GB. Best Buy sales guy told me i can upgrade and even sold me additional 8gb. only when i got home and tried to upgrade did i realize it cannot be done. I would have loved 16gb of ram. ;-(

It says that it comes with a pen but it did not. So if you are looking for the pen you may be disappointed. After much work I got BB to give me a credit for the value of the pen.

The pen is stored within the computer. There is a red line indicating the pen. Use a fingernail to pull the pen out. The pen will charge within the computer when not in use and stored in its garage.
