I like that this laptop has a number pad on the side. Function keys are really laid out well and easy to use. It warms up super fast. My only problem has been that it locks up totally on Zoom meetings. No idea why. The battery lasts a long time. Screen is crisp. I also like that there is a little cover so one can close the camera lens. Everyone in my family says the keyboard feels really nice. The keys have a bit of a curve on the surface. Easy to go from a regular desktop computer to this.

Purchased as a work computer to replace surface pro and am really enjoying how durable it feels and the computing power has been excellent. Always some glitches with Windows, but the machine is great.

New to Windows 10 so must become familiar with the icons and process. First time laptop owner; previous computer was an all in one. Anxious to get started.

During these tough times, we find the need to work remotely at home. This laptop has a nice wide screen, enough horsepower that allows you to enjoy working remote & still get tons of work done.
