The first time open the box, I got some human hair on the screen. Also, I found this laptop with a loosened, as the keyboard was flexible with the screws stripped out !! It is very easy to see the main board inside with a damaged screw hole !! Ridiculous !!

I was happy with everything except the screen brightness. It appeared to be in night mode with the brightness at the highest setting and was too dim to use. I brought it in to be serviced but the tech told me that it was as bright as it would get. When I compared it to brand new laptops in the store, it clearly was too dim.
