    We purchased this item at BB recently. The BB Live Chat representatives helped answer our questions to decide our purchase. We received the laptop in excellent 'like new' condition. Everything works fine. Setting up activation of the Windows 10 Pro per the given instructions was easy and worked well. We also installed MS Office 365 Home bought from BB with the laptop. It was fast and easy. So far everything is operating really well. It is a lightweight and fast response laptop with the 8GB RAM. The only thing that was a minor problem was that the one part of the charging cable that connects to the charger box was of a different kind and did not match the prongs on the charger box. Went to the local BB store and they immediately replaced it. No problem.
